Miso ramen was ok. They grilled the pork so the soup taste like charcoal. Could not finish the bowl but at least I gave this place a shot.

Amazing ramen. First came 2 weeks ago and have been back 3 times since. The spicy miso ramen is perfection. The tempura is nice and crunchy and fried to perfection with a nice portion. Honestly 10/10

I have given up on this restaurant. The service here is so bad that I've had to get up and leave the restaurant TWICE. Once I was with a party of 4 who were starving and ready to order half the menu along with alcohol. however after waiting 12 minutes for our waters that never came, watching people that arrived after us put in orders, we left. The people here are nice enough but they are so horribly inefficient that you need to plan for minimally 2 hours to dine here. If you want to try this place, lunch is probably a better option over dinner when they tend to have more than just a couple tables.

First and foremost, service was could use some serious improvements. The basics were neglected as soon as we're seated, from menus to utensils and water. There was a small group hosting some sort of gift exchange, and so it seemed like the staff and manager (?) were occupied with them... despite the restaurant having about ten tables and two of them having customers. I came for dinner with family, so we were chatting and luckily had time to spare. Otherwise this would have been quite a different experience. The place had traditional decor and wallpaper, to invoke the feeling of dining in a foreign country. Furnishings were updated and clean, modernized to cater to the western dining areas. Four people shared several items, some not pictured, and the fifth ordered a vegetarian dish for herself. We appreciate Japanese restaurants in the States, especially izakayas, for their extensive and diverse menus. Among the items we ordered were garlic edamame, hamachi kama, okonomiyaki, unadon, nigiri tasting, and one of their specialty rolls. The fish was fresh and flavorful! Surprisingly did not taste like much was frozen, everything was the right texture and temperature. The nigiri tasting came with a variety, ranging from fried spotted prawn to raw ikura (salmon eggs). Their wasabi was definitely good, and not the usual horseradish mixture. The unagi on the don and hamachi kama were not overcooked, each coming with their own yummy sauce.Next time hope to be back with just my wife, so we can order some yakitori!

Excellent sushi. My wife asks for the Dragon roll every time that she comes here. She even sends me out to get it for her for lunch whenever she has a yearning for it. Polite and friendly staff and owner. Best Japanese food in Livermore, Dublin and Pleasanton that I've had in years. Reasonable price and doesn't make me feel like I'm being robbed whenever I order sushi. I highly recommend Kiseki to anyone who likes sushi, Ramen and Udon.

My sister and I were in the area. I was craving ramen so bad, so yelp brought us here. It's a nice vibe, I was able to satisfy both my ramen and sushi cravings at one time! We started off with hot tea. Then, both my sister and I got a ramen bowl each. I added nori, corn and the marinated egg (yum!). The service was nice. The restaurant was fairly empty so they were attentive. We had my niece with us who is under a year old and they were nice enough to give us a high chair. we ordered her a side of udon noodles, which she loved. We also got takoyaki and a sushi roll. AMAZING! I loved it. Would definitely go back to try a few more items.

I love coming here this is mine and my boyfriends go to ramen spot that’s near our town. The owner is so nice and always comes to say hi and ask about how the service is going. Love love will always Rave about this spot !!!Vegetarian options: There are some ramens that are definitely vegetarian friendly and also you are about to switch out your ramen for spinach noodles if you don’t like egg.

Food is mid, they use the same unagi style sauce for everything sushi to yakitori and shisito peppers. Garlic edamame tasted like plain cooked edamame and then added garlic as garnish. Service - nonexistent. Walked in got seated, waiting 5 minutes no waters no menus, no napkins and chopsticks, I had to grab it from another empty table. I got up and got the menus myself. Waited another 8-10 minutes to order after menus were set down and on the side. Only 3 other tables were there, 1 was waiting for their full party to show and the other were already eating. Waited 5 minutes to get attention to get the check and waited so long for the check to be picked up, I handed it to them directly. Overall, the experience was annoying.

Been there 2x now. First time was a poor experience because they were out of almost everything because chief was out of town and fridge was down from blackout so most of their food had to be tossed. But the service was friendly. Second time was much different experience- great food, reasonable prices, friendly service and clean environment with special arrangements for reserved tables (great for date night). We went there for Yakitori- which they had a few but mostly meh. Their sushi rolls though was excellent and ramen also good. Almost pre Pandemic pricing with excellent service.

This is one of our favorite lunch spots! The spicy miso ramen is amazing! Definitely stop in on a weekend and try the sushi!I only wish they didn't take a break from serving at 2:30 as we've been a little late to lunch and had to go without. That's totally 9n us though.

We returned for dinner. Sunday at 5:30. Wasn't packed and then all of a sudden... BAM! The place got crowded!!Service was slow. They did have 2 large tables but if you happen to arrive after them, good luck! I arrived before the 2nd large party and the service was still slow. In fact the 2nd large party got their appetizers before I did. That sucked. I think it was because they knew the owner. My starter was the cold soba noodles with dipping sauce. That shouldn't have taken that long since it was a cold dish. But it arrived with my entree and so... I didn't bother eating it because I didn't want my main entree to get cold. We also ordered:Chashu Pork Rice Bowl - The pork was very flavorful, not fatty. Nice portion. Loved all the toppings on it. Tonkotsu Rice Plate - giant portion of breaded pork. Not greasy. The salad was good.

Took my wife to this restaurant for the first time. Amazing experience with one of the most attentive staff. I enjoyed the education on each dish when it was presented. Price is right and the sashimi was so fresh. The selection of sake is top notch. Look forward to to coming back to try their other dishes!
