I love this cafe! Anytime I am in town I go there to eat and to stock up on my favorite gluten-free and sugar-free items. I am so thankful for this cafe, there aren't very many places that I can eat because of my food allergies but I can always find things that I love here.Dietary restrictions: Lots of low carb, sugar free, and gluten free options.

This place is awesome! Unfortunately I am from out of town. So I only got to visit twice while I was visiting the area. I bought the cold coffee product and a shake and they were great. They also have a lot of keto stuff that they resale like LMNT, pork rinds, donuts, cookies and lots of other keto products. I didn't get the chance to try any of their hot food but it did smell good! My favorite thing was the milkshake and the double chocolate donut w/ sprinkles. If I ever come back to the area this will be on my list of stops!

Nice enough place. However, most of the stuff they use to put together what you want is EASILY made at home! I've been on Keto since Aug. 23 of 2021. Lost 60lbs. Keeping steady but a lot of it is food prep at home keeps me satiated. I get it! no one wants to take the time to prepare their own food anymore. But why pay an extra 5-10 dollars for something you can make exactly the same way for waaaay cheaper at home?

Giving this place some extra grace because I love the intention of having a friendly option to help stay in ketosis. But we planned an outing this Saturday with a few bowls and coffees. My wife places the order while picking up a friend in Castro Valley, twenty minutes worth of traffic away. No one was at the counter or front of the shop when I went in. When someone did come out from the back, we said we had ordered online. They looked down at their pos display and said, oops, didn't they hadn't seen that. They proceeded to complete the order quickly. In their haste, they scrambled the order, and some of our guests had to pick through the results.

First - staff is nice, friendly and happy to talk about their shop and keto diets.Second- great selection of items in the shop to choose from.Third - the food was delicious. I got the pepperjack beef bowl and it was full of flavor.I travel for work so finding keto options like this is difficult in some areas. Very glad this shop is geared towards those seeking to eat good keto options. I will definitely be back my next work trip!

Good food that is filling. I've never had a bad experience here. It's great after the gym and keeps me full all day. It's a little pricey but you get what you pay for. This also made me realize how easy it was to eat keto. I feel better and my gym sessions are better too.

Kodiak Keto is the one and only true keto market cross the Bay area. You do not need to be worry about counting the carbs when you go there, because everything is keto and low carb!I love their shake and donuts. If you leave in the Bay area and are on keto, you MUST visit them.

I just started my keto journey and wanted to try "eating out". My whole experience was awesome. Came around 2pm and looked at everything around the restaurant. The young cashier was super helpful. She offered to help or answer any questions I may have. They even offer coffee in pretty much any flavor. It was nice that the net carb was listed on everything. I ordered a salad with pulled pork on the side. You get to build your own salad! There was tons of options from all different kinds of veggies, cheese, spices, and meat options. (I honestly didn't even need the pulled pork) but I didn't think my salad included all those options. I also ordered iced caramel coffee with a slice of pumpkin spice. Everything was delicious. I'm for sure coming back soon!
