the atmosphere was great, good music, nice patio seating outside. we were there when they opened first ones to sit on a Saturday morning. server rushed over to take order three times after we asked for more time- our first time there.we ordered cauliflower, chicken a la tinga, and fajita tacos. Food looked great except i was brought fried chicken taco instead. chicken was at least a day old and stale. i told wait staff and they said oh you should try it, it's good. i had to ask for my cauliflower taco again. when they brought back it had a hair in it. meanwhile the steak fajitas were so full of fat that they were not edible as meat/fat chunks were so big. not only not edible, it tasted like old fatty nasty meat, had to spit it out and could not eat. the wait staff credited three tacos as they weren't eaten. will never recommend this place. on way out kitchen door was open and we could see the cook with a beard and no hairnets including beard nets. gross place.

Gorgeous restaurant with amazing food. Had no idea when we walked in how far back it goes! The patio area is so nice with a full bar. Food was so delicious not one thing we didn’t like. Handmade tortillas!! Even the chips are exceptional.

Was looking for a great place for red birria tacos..they rocked it, 2 for $12, came with consumme. The staff is friendly and good. The back patio is a little too noisy when the awning is deployed, but aside from that, this place is great! Can't wait for them to have music in the back, like the double barrel wine bar had before. One of my go to places now for sure! Good beers on tap, a full bar. Bueno!

The carntias bowl is absolutely so good and so filling. Bathrooms are super clean and I love that they have good changing table instead of those plastic ones. Can’t wait to come back

Used to be one of our favorites, Not anymore!Sat at the Bar, ordered Top shelf Margaritas W/Salt, they came in a plastic cops, half empty, asked our server (Juana) she said they ran out of glasses!!! My Mexican Salad was filled with iceberg lettuce (description said Romaine) smothered with sauce. The entire experience was awful, very poor and disappointing customer service, rude.We are locals and it's sad that this would be the last visit and will definitely spread the word. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

Never Never in my life have I left zero tip.But I needed to make a point we sat at the bar for dinner ordered two top shelf margaritas with salt. Was given two drinks in plastic cups (one half full) we to waited to get our servers (Juana) attention. She said they ran out of glasses and walked away. We say plenty of glasses on the bar behind her then the people sitting next to us got their drinks in a glass with salted rim.We live here in LivermoreThis was not acceptable.Will be the last time!!

Excellent food, very good cocktail. Very friendly service. Comfortable and relaxing front patio setting. Enjoyed a couple small plates and drinks - will definitely return soon to try more!Vegetarian options: Some of the tastiest cauliflower tacos I've had! (Chips, salsa and guacamole are outstanding!)

"I had a disappointing first-time experience at this restaurant. Despite waiting for about 12 minutes, no one bothered to offer me water or any kind of service. The restaurant was slow, I maybe try the food on the future ordering to go. I can't recommend this place if you're looking for efficient and attentive service."( Order ahead if you are hungry) ☺️

On a cold and wet day there is nothing that hits the spot better than a bowl of true Pozole and the Pozole Verde at La Botica is just that.Absolutely delicious and fresh with lots of melt in your mouth chicken. A generous portion with all the trimmings and a side of tortilla chips.I am a huge fan now. Try it and you will love it.

Ceviche, birria tacos, asada tacos, cauliflower tacos.... all great!! ? The guacamole is authentic not your store bought pre-packaged guac. Bar isn't messing around. I like the guava pisco, but everything ordered has been a hit. Great selection. Fair pricing. Good service. There is plenty of seating outside and inside that I have yet to wait.
