It really depends on who's working an the time you go if you can expect to have a good experience or not. The owner is a super nice guy an super friendly. The one thing that sucks about Little Ceasars is how much the prices have really gone up. For a Crazy Bread Combo (Which is 8 bread Sticks & a Marinara Sauce) now Costs $11.01 when literally it used to b $5 and they no longer have the $5 fresh n ready pizza either. Which that's kinda what made the brand what it is so it's disappointing that they let it go.

I will update my rating if the owner acknowledges this but I gotta give em a 1 star. I go here about once or twice a month, I get the crazy combo every time . Something has changed with the crazy bread recently. It is so wet its soggy. It reminds me of a sponge that was used to clean up the bottom of a popcorn machine, because it is so saturated in oil/grease/butter. And every time you take a bite its an explosion in your mouth of disgustingness. I honestly cannot even stomach them and I throw them away. At first I think, this must be a fluke. A random occurrence that won't happen again. So I return a few weeks later, and same thing. I return a month later and again same thing. I return once more the next month and same thing once again.Its terrible, I think about going there every so often and then I remember that I can't because they have crazy bread that tastes like its been soaking in used oil from a deep fryer and is disgusting. I'd think about going to the one in the next town over instead.MESSAGE TO THE OWNER, PLEASE DRY OUT YOUR BREAD STICKS.This would be a 5 star rating if you would fix the issue, there's no way its a fluke. 4 visits over 4 months.

I specifically clarified light cheese on my cheese pizza when I called in to order. I had not left the parking lot yet as I wanted to see my pizza, because last time they messed up my order as well. To no surprise the pizza did not look like it was light cheese, I went inside to talk to the individual who took my order and he argued with me about my order and how it was light cheese. Customer service sucked and the individual sent me away without offering to remake my pizza and requested. I would not go back there.

Hi little caesars sucks I ordered combination pizza with pretzel crust they charged me $21.00 what I got was a pretzel crust pizza that had already been cooked that a person named Jim had ordered and didn't pick it up ,so they threw on combination toppings and recooked it and gave it to me , so what's crazy is they don't have pretzel crust pizza hot and ready so when Jim ordered it online he paid for it so they made $28.00 from the bullshit, so when I went to the store to complain all I wanted was my money back the employee at first agreed to refund my money but soon his attitude changed and he pointed to the sign the reads the right to refuse service and threw the pizza box that I brought in that had Jim's name on it at me ,I couldn't believe that skinny sand dune little punk I tried to get my hands around his neck but he was to quick and then called the cops so I split ,I will be making a formal complaint I should of video taped it when he threw that pizza box that was assault I should of been the one to call the cops lesson learned pay for round table little Caesars suck big ones

I ordered pizza and a drink from them before and got it just fine but this time they forgot my drink and didn't do anything to even try to fix it at all. The person I spoke with on the phone just said that the manager wasn't there . I ordered a serra mist because there website didn't have starry as an option.... it's been 3 hours without a resolution.
Pizza isn't worth the sickness that it gave me. I ate about 3 slices of their pepperoni pizza, and a couple of breadsticks last night, and woke up 4-5 hours later and threw it all up. The pizza looked suspicious upon opening it, but I didn't think much of it. However, after getting food poisoning from their most basic food items, I will be thinking twice.

This isn't a review against the employees, this is a review against the company and their completely unnecessary prices. Within the last 10 years the breadsticks - the item on their menu consisting of BREAD and sprinkled on cheese - has gone up all the way from $2 for 16 breadsticks to FIVE DOLLARS for eight breadsticks. Their excuse and every other company in existence? "Labor shortages and more" What an absolute joke. I will no longer be coming here nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone. Everyone knows this place has terrible pizza, it used to be okay for the price - now even that is going up wayyyy to high. Charging people 5 dollars for eight pieces of bread is legit thievery. Good luck to anyone who has the displeasure of choosing this little ripoffs because this place deserves no business.
