Literally signs with rules everywhere. Felt very unwelcoming. $10 minimum with debit. Even with $7 for two scoops it was like ok, we will pay the fee just to go. Wasn't anything to write home about. Ice cream is ice cream.
SO delicious ice cream, many flavors (classics plus unique combos), crispy cones, specialty candies, good prices! Cute larger inside space with retro booths and tables, and always clean. Staff is nice and offer quick service.

Yum!!! The Livermore Loard's location has been around for a while now and we love visiting when we're in a "sundae mood".
