Long overdue review. Stopped in during the holidays for dinner before going to see Christmas lights. Quick and friendly server, the sandwiches and sides were tasty and my husband enjoyed the fish and chips. Can't wait to return and try more sandwiches!

Where do I start?1. The meat quality was poor - the medium rare “prime rib” was a translucent grey - it’s all tasteless fat2. The flavor of the meat was poor and the pastrami looked and tasted like bologna3. The Au Jus came to the table with “floaters” in it and tasted disgusting4. For a $20 plate, the portion of fries/onion rings was laughable, and they were wet with oil - they use small plates to make it look bigger5. The amount of meat for a $20 plate was inadequate. After eating her “Pastrami Dip” sandwich and the 19 French fries that came with it, my dainty 90lb wife was still hungry, so we had a second dinner at the pizza place around the corner.I’m disappointed in Google Maps Reviews steering me here with a good rating, this is straight up catfishing. No one would want to pay for and eat what we did today. Might be why there were only customers at one other table. Google and this restaurant need to do better.

Stumbled in around 1045A door was open so walked in and was welcomed and ordered. When o checked in on YELP I noticed that they aren't even open until 11A! Wow. Such great business tactic and service. They could've easily told me they weren't open and to come back. They don't which I appreciate! Tried the Mario's French dip with fries. Easily can be split between two people. Very delish! Food came out piping hot and was very flavorful. The sandwich itself was MASSIVE- I couldn't even finish half of it. Definitely get your money's worth and a great meal and experience.

New "cant miss" spot when we are in the area. Simple spot, but fantastic food. Owner is fun and attentive. Prime rib dips cant be beat. Potato salad is yummy with a hint of fresh dill. Green salad was a little weak, but you don't come to a prime rib joint for the side salad. Dont be deceived by the outside, its great!Wheelchair accessibility: Seems entirely wheelchair accessible.

It was one of the best experiences. The man who greeted us and took our order was very friendly. You don't get that at too many places anymore. The food was excellent.

Mom and pops atmosphere. Don't bother with the other stuff. Grab a French dip and tell me I'm wrong. Tri tip is my go to, but Austin's with the mushrooms and jalapeno kick is outstanding!

While it may not look like much to most from the outside, this place has a lot of character all around! The man (owner?) who is always running things when I visit is a AWESOME. Super friendly and very funny, perpetually in a great mood and ready to chat it up and joke around with you any day! They have a decently sized menu with lots of variety to change your orders up, I don't think I've ever waited more than 10 minutes for my food to arrive and it's always hot hot hot. I personally think the fajita garlic dip is to dieee for -- crunchy and spicy and tasty and everything in between! But Ashley's dip and the tri tip Philly are also very good options, fries on the side with ranch included! I hope everyone gives this shop a chance because regardless of what you order it will be a great meal with fun conversation too!

I was really disappointed today. The service was great and very nice. The place was very clean but the Prime Rib Dip was awful it had so much fat in it that we couldn't eat it. i ordered 2 and that cost me $41.00. We tried to just pull the fat off but there was nothing left of the sandwich but bread.. The last time I was there the food was good so I don't know what happened. We will probably not go back again.

Came last night after family concert on spur of moments for something different than pizza. What a great find; delicious dip. The roll was fresh and soft, lots of meat and the caramelized oions fantastic. Super friendly staff (they are Spanish). Can't wait to try other dips (I had tri tip special). :)

French Dips and More is a great little shop for a quick bite. My spouse and I have visited a few times over the years and each time is a good experience. The shop has both indoor and outdoor seating so they can accommodate a lot of people in a small space. The owner/worker is always super friendly and helpful. They commonly check back in to see if the food is good or if you had anything else. Most recently we got the Austin and Fajitas French dip. Both were good but the fajitas was better. We've also tried the Ashley and prime rib dogs previously. My spouse loves a French dip and when the craving hits, this is the place they normally want to go. The food is consistent but personally I think it could use a hit of salt. The base is great but some salt to bring out the flavor more would make it shine.

Juan is friendly, efficient, and helpful. We have always enjoyed lunch at Mario's.

Do I usually go for a French dip? No, I don't. But after seeing the reviews, I had to try French Dips and More. Upon arriving my dad & I were warmly greeted by the owner. What a great guy! He told us to sit anywhere and came right over with menus and asked for our drink order. I ordered the Austin's Dip (minus onions). It was delicious! The meat was so tender! The mushrooms had great flavor, the cheese was melty and the jalapeños were hot! Word of warning....not the mild pickled jalapeño....real jalapeño, on the grill & yummy spicy! Dad had the Reuben and was very happy with it. The au jus was perfect. Not too salty and it really complemented the sandwich. The French fries were cooked correctly. Crispy on the outside but not overcooked. This is a great little place on 1st St., not huge but ample seating inside, as well as tables outside. The customer service was outstanding! Definitely give this place a try if you haven't already.

Finally I found a place where the french dips are legit Lots of tender prime rib and the bread is nice and toasty and still soft. The Au jus was ok i like it more savory with flavor it was on the bland side, had to add some salt maybe a little more flavor would be nice. I upgraded to creamy garlic fries which is a must so good packed with flavor. It's a family owned restaurant which I love, the waiter was the brother of the owner of the restaurant his name is Juan and he's such a friendly guy that gives family vibes . Don't hesitate to drop by for Dine-In or Take out you won't be disappointed
