This McDonald's is the best location. They are super fast & super friendly. I regularly drive here from Pleasanton because of their friendly service. As usual fries were not hot. I don't think I have ever gotten hot fries here. I'm going to stop eating here. Big Mac was just so so. Not very hot either. As busy as they are you would think you had a chance at getting something

Really disappointed with the chicken sandwich theluxeJust plain hamburger bun and 2 small slices of pickle on top of small piece of fried chicken.

This review is probably not going to do anything but this is to just warn you all.This was my go to mcdonalds and not anymore.I always do the drive through because I have the kids with me. We went here at 5pm and it wasn't busy.I ordered a classic cheeseburger pack (that includes 20 pc nuggets) and i ordered another additional 20 pcs chicken nuggets (which would make my order 40 in total) with 2 oreo mcflurry and one hot fudge with extra fudge.Upon arrival to the pick up window they handed one bag and two hot fudge and one oreo mcflurry. I corrected the lady and politely said I ordered 2 flurries and one fudge (it wasn't a big deal) but she looked disappointed. Never thought of anything so I just thanked them and left.Now when we got home I took out the contents from the bag and we were missing 20 pcs of nuggets. At this point it's been an hour.I went back to tell them they missed my other 20 pcs and one of the ladies that was supposedly be in charge gave me the attitude and said "tHaT's A lOt Of NuGgEtS" and rolled her eyes on me.She then proceeded to hand me the nuggets and after that encounter I just tossed them thinking they probably spit on it.Lesson I learned is "always check your order before you leave." But at the same time they shouldn't be treating customers as if they own this multimillion dollar company.I get that this is just mcdonalds but dude you don't have to get upset if you're the one that made the mistake I didn't go full blown karen on the spot because I know I have to respect other people too. I also had a long day and I'm trying my best to still be nice.It's free to be nice ya'll.Apparently this lady has been here since 2 years ago (refer to the photo below from another fellow yelper) same lady with the same attitude.

The guy was so nice who took my order! I feel like this location frequently gets orders wrong so that's a little downside. But to my surprise they're still running the Wednesdays cheap hamburgers and cheeseburgers. That's a huge plus!

I ordered a Large Mocha Frappe in the drive through that was very bitter or tasted like cleaning product. Parked my car walked in to notify management that something was wrong, I thought they would want to know. The manager told me " It's not possible, nobody else has complained today, you can have another" I refused and asked for my money back. He was very rude!

This is our favorite mcdonald's. We go a few times per month and it's usually for breakfast. We now use the mcdonald's app and it's great because it gives you points to redeem for free food and there are always specials and deals available at the click of a button. The reason is that it's our favorite mcdonald's is because we always place a custom order and it's usually right! We have been here over 100 times over the past 3 years and only once we got our order wrong. So great job for accuracy! Also we have found that ordering on the app and picking up through the drive thru is faster than picking up in person in the restaurant or when they bring the food to your car.

It was pretty bad I got robbed out of my own fries I used a promo code for free fires and they refused to give them to me becasue it didn’t show on the receipt and the lady was blaming it on me like I was the one that was behind the register. The playground was also pretty messy when we came there was fries all over the floor and ice cream droppings on the playground
