I love going to Noah's Bagels until a rude staff told me this morning that my order is not ready and after 10 mins there is no order under my name. Tried to show my order in the app but she was AMAZINGLY RUDE and walked away. Thankfully , somebody went and check the packed online order area and found my name. I am so mad that i deleted the APP and on my phone. I am only a hardworking middle class customer with no influence at all but BIG THINGS start SMALL.

Not friendly workers. They don't say hello or goodbye. I said the name on the order, “GUstavo,” and that elderly woman annoyedly corrected me, “GustAvo,” and slammed the order onto the counter. I just had to smile at her and say Thank you. If a person is not brought up to be polite to visitors, you will not help her in any way.

Went into this place today for the first time. I tried to use the gift card I got through their website to pay but they said "it couldn't be found" in their system. She even tried manually entering it (which she seemed annoyed to do). So despite having a $60 gift card I had to charge my food on my credit card. Totally defeated my purpose for even going there. Not to mention the staff was very unhelpful to the situation. I tried to talk with someone through their customer service when I got home but there is NO Live person we can speak with only an online form to fill out. I saw another customer on yelp had also complained about this very same thing. It's the same person named "Robert B" that responds to all of the yelp complaints at all the locations. Wish I had known about this shady business practice before getting the gift cards.

Love coming here every weekend with my kids. The only downside is the amount that is charged for cream cheese. It barely coats the bagel and it's over a $2 charge.

My favorite bagel place. First because of the freshness of the food. Second, because it is innovative and includes items that are seasonal like lemonade with blackberry infusion. And last, because they provide a clean space for eating and exude wonderful customer service.
