The food was good and so was the service. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. I went with some coworkers during lunch. This location is close to where my training is taking place. I would go back if given the option to do so.

We dined at this Panda Express location yesterday at noon. The culinary experience left much to be desired--the food tasted average and fell short of the standards we've come to expect from other Panda Express outlets we frequent. The noodles were notably dry, and the beef and broccoli had an odd taste and an unappealing texture. Our server, disappointingly, displayed a lack of attention to detail; after initially placing food in our container, they inexplicably removed and returned some of it to the main container to reduce the served amount. It looked very cheap and stingy. Opting for the mushroom chicken, we were surprised to find a complete absence of mushrooms. Similarly, my wife's chicken breast and beans dish lacked substantial chicken meat but was disproportionately filled with beans. In summary, both the quality and quantity of the food were subpar, warranting a generous rating of only two out of five stars.

Kelly helped me and was SO RUDE! This was my first time here and I will not being going back, I was asking about the different entree and side options and she was just laughing that I had questions. I will not be going back.

I placed an order online, accidentally ordered an extra plate. Called to see if I can cancel that extra plate, they said no because they were already serving it and to top it off, there was a baby spider inside my plate! (Which was still alive). Not coming back here.

Are there proper food safety procedures and training in place in Livermore and Panda Express?! How about foodborne illness? Hepatitis?! I witnessed an incident that showed a total disregard of hygiene and public health at this Panda Express: an employee working behind the glass shield (the only person who scooped the items for customers), despite the long queue, took her friends' leftovers and used the tongs in the big pot of noodles to scrape off the leftover sauce and half-eaten noodles to a trash can. Then she used the same tongs to take more fresh noodles from the big pot and replenish new fresh noodles into the leftover/used boxes. She then continued to serve customers using the same tongs and noodles that touched customers' used plates and leftovers. I called her out and she denied and lied. Tried to talk to a supervisor and was told "none at the store".

Just had the best dining experience at a Panda Express so I’m going out of my way to write a great review.+Food quality was excellent+Staff were attentive and carefully packed food as if they were packing for their own family+Atmosphere was great with music set a right volume (not too loud)+Dining room temperature was literally perfect (A/C cranking at max volume) and inside was a cool 70deg while outside was baking at 95deg+Bathrooms were well stocked and sparking cleanThis is probably one of those rare moments I’ve had a fantastic experience at a fast food joint but, seriously, well done.

Great friendly staff and clean place. Was busy when we went, but the line moves fast.Parking is difficult since it’s not patrolled and many park for the outlets.
I never leave negative reviews but I need the restaurant to know. Ordered the family meal and the shrimp container appeared to have less than a spoon full. The shrimp was the main request for three people but after three took two shrimp there was none left. C'mon really? If someone orders a family meal the inference is large portions or at minimal, portions that at least fill the box. Did not come to even the half mark so the shrimp lovers are less than satisfied.

Panda Express, good old trusted meal that doesn't failed. Hopefully! (welp) that's just the expectation) So Panda Express food flavor never disappoint, go to dishes are orange chicken, fried rice, chow mein, and kung pao chicken. But the service, uhm that's another story! Why do they scoop food the food like they putting you on a diet? Is there raise based on how less they serve, because that's not right! I expect to feel full after eating this place instead I leave with disappointment and hunger! Thanks a lot! I guess I might as well eat at other restaurant nearby.

Really good food, we always look for a Panda Express where we can find a eggplant tofu, and this is one that we found in a very long time and it was really good not all locations have eggplant tofu and this one is by far the best ones we had. Store was very clean but very busy location. Definitely I recommend this location. Employers are hard-working and good customer service.
