The interior definitely has not been cleaned in a few days. The bathroom had no soap or paper towels, and the actual toilet itself didn’t have a lid. There is random stuff all at the entry. I can’t imagine what the kitchen looks like. Also the rolls that came out look nothing like the rolls in the images. Super cheap but also won’t go back.

Digital call buttons at the table for efficient service, decent variety on the menu. Large portions can be shared between two, the chicken wings are delicious too. The bubble tea is massive and can definitely be shared. Would recommend if you're looking for some decent food near the outlets, much tastier and more relaxing than the food court option and just across the street from the gucci and tory burch store.Parking: Parking in the shared lot available

This restaurant is so dirty. From inside and outside the closer you walk into the building the dirtier it get. The holster that hole the utensils are so nasty and it was black. the whole place was filthy. I would not recommend anyone to go here, unless you are desperate. You can see smudge and fingerprint and hand print everywhere.

Finally tried this place! Livermore needs a good pho place. We always have to drive next town for a decent Bo Pho and we'll still do. I ordered #45(brisket, flank, tendon) reg size that costed me $16.15 tax included. Our favorite pho next town would charge something similar for an extra large. Overall, the staff was great. The dining area inside and outside is pleasant. The soup is good & similar to my other spot! Can't wait to try their lunch plates and spring rolls! I'd come back again!

After hours of walking around the Livermore outlets across the street, this is a nice place to stop by to refuel your body with some food! My 3y/o daughter loves to eat chicken pho so we originally came here for her. It did not disappoint :) When we entered there was a nice gentlemen who welcomed us in, he said to take a seat anywhere we'd like. We joked that it was so packed we didn't know where to sit, but there was no other guests there. I wish I took a picture of the menu, it was cute and easy to read, and a good amount of options to choose from that was not overwhelming to the eyes. I ordered Chicken pho for my daughter and i & my best friend actually ordered the same thing. The broth in my chicken pho was great, noodles were a good texture, not soggy and not hard, just right! My daughter kept asking for more and more every time she finished her noodles. The egg rolls were good, they came out piping hot from just being fried...but would have loved to get some pieces of lettuce to wrap the egg rolls in..and the popcorn chicken was okay, nothing special , I think it could have had a little bit more flavor and more crisp and they would be better!! When it was time to go, we had a little amount of left overs left, there's a table that has some take home containers waiting there for you which is nice so you could get up and get them yourself.

This is the worst pho place. Came here with my family. My husband found a tag in his beef pho. Then I found hair in mine. I asked the manager to cancel my order. She came up to me a few minutes later blamed me for putting hair in my soup. She wanted to show me the video accusing me of putting hair in my soup. We watched the video together and no where in the video did I touch my hair or had anything in my hand. The video showed my wiping my fingers on a paper towel. The manager had the audacity to say, I'm teaching my kids the wrong things in life. My kids are listening to her the entire time. We will never be back to eat here again. The owner showed up but did not even apologize and just said he will talk to his employee in the back and there was nothing else he could do. We will never be back to eat here again. I never leave comments in yelp but this incident was unacceptable and very disappointing. The worst pho place!! This place deserve a ZERO rating!!

Unfortunately, this was the worst Pho soup I've ever had. I returned my rib beef soup. It tasted like hot water with meat and noodles. My family tolerated it because they were hungry and everything else is closed. Beef stew was watered down as well. Extremely disappointed especially after a long day and your looking forward to this. I hate writing this type of review but it's truly worth writing. I'm wondering if they are catering to the demographics and don't want to make it authentic or it's just really bad pho. I hope they see this review and reevaluate their cooking style.
Big bowl of tasty soup was just what I needed. Service was very speedy. Very good place if you've worn yourself out shopping in the huge mall next door.

Pho broth had no flavor and the only condiments they had to put in there was Sriracha, oyster sauce and chili sauce so that's how my broth tasted like. Not worth $16 and i would've enjoyed a $1 Marachan cup noodle instead. Also the bbq pork chop had no flavor, the sauce that came with it didn't go well with anything on that plate. It all became garbage. Couldn't pay me to return back to this place

Ordered the hot & sour seafood pho. It wasn't bad. Staff was friendly. This is close to the Livermore outlets. Right next door for dessert is Meet Fresh. Nice location.

This place pissed me off. I got the pho dac biet and 1 piece per item! Literally one tiny tendon the same size of a dice, one slice of rare beef, 1 slice of fatty brisket. We left hungry and spent $50 for 2 people! And I'm a 118lb chick..

The best thing about this place is it is next to Meet Fresh. The owner is trying sell this restaurant for $300k. What a joke. I predict this place will be out of business soon. Terrible service. Look at the owners reply on Yelp. The guy is a bum!
