I've been a regular at this location through the Round Table app. There's a good rewards system in place, and the quality has always been on point. Plenty of toppings, perfectly cooked, never too much grease and never any issues with my custom pizza requests. I see comments that the staff may not be friendly, but my orders are on point and they always deliver my order in a timely fashion. If you want folks to smile, be humble, be kind and be the type of person that makes people want to smile.

This place came up when you search for pizza buffet but they no longer have the buffet. False advertising is real out here. Paid more for a small pizza than I would have if I got the buffet deal. needless to say that I won't be coming back.

Terrible Service they said they couldn't add extra cheese on the Twists? It's pizza just charge me extra for it like a topping, also it looked very dirty inside

I'm hoping this review will offset some of these old, negative reviews. Considering they're all for bad customer service from one employee, I decided to give them a chance. I ordered online, so can't comment on customer service. However, my 2 pizzas were delivered faster than was promised, and were piping hot. The pizzas were excellently cooked, and toppings were generous. I added customizations to a Specialty pizza (which have been ignored by many places) and they got it right. I would absolutely order from here again. These pizzas were delicious.

RTP is the only pizza I will ever buy. I live between two different Round Tables with the one on East Avenue just a smidge closer to home. I still go to the one on Stanley because they have never screwed up an order of mine. The few times I do get it delivered, it's always super fast and the driver is always friendly. My only gripe is that I only get mailed coupons for the other RTP (on East Ave) and not this one.

Tried ordering over the phone and kept hanging up on me, guess they don't want or need the business. Why answer n hang up tho?? Would not eat here, They have a pollo loco in the same plaza. Way better customer service n food

TERIIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!Ordered a pizza online. They made it wrong and wanted to charge me for a new one!! I tried to speak with the manager. She called her boss. Then came back and tried to charge me to remake the pizza the way I ordered it online! what happened to customer service???
