I went to get some holiday drinks this morning and I didn't feel any connection from the person at hand off. His name was Brandon, I think and maybe he is a new hire, but please do better! I come here all the time and typically when I pick up my drinks the baristas are always are very friendly and kind.

I ordered 3 drinks only for all of them to come out unflavored and almost watered down. All of the drinks contain caffeine in them and it's like they forgot to add it. One tastes like pure salt, one taste like pure whipped cream and one tastes like pure milk. The only thing they didn't mess up on was the food they had to heat up. Very dissatisfied and was not worth $35.

Very busy place. Not large. Customers congregate by the rest rooms to pick up their orders as that is the layout of the place. Ample seating outside of the shop.

I ordered a iced Cappuccino this afternoon. What I got was an abomination! The cashier told me that she couldn't make an iced Cappuccino because of the foam but she could make the drink by putting "Cold Foam" on top. The drink I got may of had some coffee in the bottom but I couldn't taste it. The glass was 3/4 filled with cold milk foam. It was served over ice but all you could taste was cold milk foam. I have ordered the drink at that location before and was actually served a correctly made drink. I will confess that I usually get my drink at Peets but I happened to be near by at my bank. Next time I will drive across town. This was and overpriced mess and a total waste of money!

This Starbucks is unorganized, dropping drinks, and the customer service wasn't great. Happens every time I go in this Starbucks.
The staff here is incredible! They made my drink quickly and were so incredibly kind. They even gave me some great dog park recommendations !!

Just plain dependable. The formula works with added, self described creations. Just has gotten so bloody expensive that it's now a treat instead of a habit. Love ordering ahead.
