Terrible customer service! Starbucks’s customer service has become really bad in the past year and this store took it to another level. Coffee tasted really bad٫ asked for help and nothing was done. Also I asked them to use my points and she did not! I realized later

Thank you Republic Square Starbucks! Thank you for being open nice and early! Thank you for great drinks! I came in to get a morning pick-me-up. My CaramelApple Spice was made right and my bagel was toasted perfectly. My day was off to a great start thanks to you! The inside of the store was clean and the music was a nice tolerable level. Great drinks, great service!

On New Year's Eve we stopped by to grab a few drinks through the drive through. The younger girl who was working the drive through window was pleasant and friendly. I had to go into the store because I forgot to get straws. When I entered an older woman was very rude. I said "Hello" before asking for the straws and she did not respond but looked at me with attitude. She handed me the straws and I said and "Thank you and Happy New Year." She turned her back a walked away. I have had a similar encounter with this same older woman. The first time I ignored it, but this time I am sharing my experience. I presume I am not the only person who has experienced this terrible customer service. On the bright side, I have visited MANY Starbucks locally and across the US and have not experienced such a rude employee before at a Starbucks. Very unfortunate to have such a bad representative negatively impacting a Starbucks store.

This is a large, beautifully decorated Starbucks. We had sandwiches plus excellent coffee drinks. The staff was exceptionally friendly and courteous.Parking: Parking was easy. The store was difficult to find. We could see it at a distance but couldn't find the correct road to get there! Well worth finding though!

Just had an awful experience here. I ordered 2 coffees and 1 croissant from drive-thru and when paying, I was asked by a short hair female staff to press 4 and then tap the card. After I left, I realized that what she asked me to do was to input the amount of tip. This is definitely fraud.
