The staff seemed overwhelmed with work. Starbucks should add 1 more employee here. The restroom was locked. I order my coffee from my app which has a very bad UI. I couldn't find the status of my order. After waiting for 20 minutes, I got my coffee. This review has 1 less star due to bad app design.

The 1 day I decided to come to Starbucks early in the morning and it's closed. I even took the time to look up the store hours.

Many coffee shops have gone the way of having all sorts of knick knacks. This particular one is very minimalist. Since I don't usually go to Starbucks, I can't tell whether this is common.

Why are they always closed? Now today this morning says open and the door is locked. I have been to many Starbucks never have issues except for this one.

The reviews bout getting their drinks late is real, I noticed my order disappeared in thin air when new customers came in and got their drinks before me. They offered a bigger size, how sweet of em.

All Starbucks are the same. It's troubling that they hook you into their loyalty program and then are missing an ingredient so unavailable.

such horrible service at this location on Portola Avenue. Not many people in the store and had one person ahead of me in line and no one else waiting. Took them 18 minutes and 26 seconds to make my drink which came out wrong. I had asked for extra caramel on my drink, and I could tell that there was not extra caramel there, so I asked if they could remake it. The barista turned around, poured extra caramel, so that the bottom of the drink was just filled with extra caramel instead of how every other location puts it on the side of the cup as well. Was very unpleased with this service because the girl even said if you wanted extra caramel on the side that I should've said that when I ordered and I've never had to do that before ever so very confused on why I had to specify that. there was five people behind the countertop s, and only one person making drinks. This was very unacceptable service. I don't expect much. All I wanted was my drink and unfortunately I don't believe I got it.

Frustrating slow!! Typical young kids that couldn't care less about their job. There's always 4 or 5 people standing around shooting the sh_t and only 1 making drinks. I've started going to Vintner Square to get my coffee.

So today November 25 I went to Starbucks the staff just kept laughing and talking I orders my drink at 2:58 and got it after half in hour but the other times I come there amazingly fast but today they were sooooo slow.

RIDICULOUS WAIT TIMES! I went in to pick up my mobile order, and there was a massive line of people piled up at the end of the bar. On top of that, there were almost 40 drinks/orders just sitting there not getting picked up. I waited 30 min before I noticed that people were walking in and ordering and getting their coffees before anyone that was waiting?!?! So I hopped in line asked for a refund, and re-ordered my coffee. I was able to get my coffee faster than the pile of people waiting for their coffees. People cannot wait that long when they are on their way to work. So they leave and the coffees start piling up at the mobile pick up. The whole purpose for the mobile order is to save time on the go. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me at this same starbucks. What is going on?!?!?!?!?

Even when ordering way in advance everytime I've come here the wait has been 20ish minutes. When there's no one in the stor and no mobile orders you'll wait a crazy long time. Today I thought Id give it one last chance. I asked to get my iced shaken espresso warm. They first told me I can't, it can't be made. Then figured some work around and charged $2+ more than what the drink costs cold. I could have taken the thing with no ice and put it in the microwave and saved money. Cmon how is the same thing with a different temp more money. The common sense and sense of urgency don't exist at this spot.
