This was such a great experience at this Starbucks! The barista Liv was so kind, attentive and helpful. Everyone who walked in was immediately greeted and welcomed in. Liv took my order and was so patient with me, and helping by offer suggestions. The store itself was decorated very cute and seemed to do a lot of community outreach. It was awesome!

Great service, sweet employees. She even gave suggestions and complimented/related to a purchase I made.This location is more hidden than most Starbucks I've gone to but it is close to a gas station and other places to eat. There is even a play place for kids close by. Not a drive through type of Starbucks but tons of parking. My drink was delicious and exactly what I ordered

Livia is by far the best Starbucks barista I've ever encountered. She is the definition of service with a smile. After a long drive from Yosemite, we decided to make a pit stop for a quick caffeine boost and leg stretch. Little did we know we were in for a much better pick me up than we anticipated! Not only did Livia take the time to create the perfect iced coffee but she also genuinely cared about connecting with her customers (asking about where we were driving from, making sure names were spelled correctly for orders, etc.). You rarely see customer service like this anymore and Livia definitely deserves a raise.

Ok this is the second time I had to deal with the customer service at this Starbucks. I ordered a hot sandwich and ended up waiting for it for about 7 minutes because the barista who was in charge of heating up the food did call the name once the sandwich was ready! It was annoying because she called out the other customers name who was after me. I don’t know what the deal is with this Starbucks, but I don’t think I want toGive them a third chance to mess up my order.

I like this location. I haven't been at this location since the pandemic. I think the ownership changed. The clerks were not friendly early in the morning ? My order wasn't correct. I didn't have time for the clerk to correct it.Parking: Parking is shared with other businesses

Usual trendy overpriced and snotty. Got an attitude when drink was made wrong and asked politely for it to be made correctly. Even after I tipped.... Won't be doing that again... overpriced and overpaid coffee slingers. Follow the cue cards and make drinks and do it with a smile- it's not too hard!
