They were out of all there cold brew so I ordered a regular coffee and it was so diluted with milk didn't even taste coffee. All the drinks I saw where being diluted down as I saw the same thing in all the Frappuccino too. Get coffee before you come to the outlets somewhere else. Also very messy as they are to busy to clean up garbage.

Disappointed with the service at Starbucks on my recent visit. Ordered a large drink and requested two glasses of water, but the counter staff seemed displeased. Overheard them saying to another staff, 'Seriously, come to Starbucks for water?' This unprofessional attitude left me upset. It's important for the management to address such service behaviors, as customers expect courtesy even when making simple requests alongside their purchases.
The worst service ever I experience at Starbuck. The staff are not professional at all and irresponsible.

People after me in line ordered the same thing as I did and got their orders first. Made me wait 15 more minutes just for a tall iced coffee. Total wait time just for an ices coffee: 18 minutes. The one star was for the barista working the cash register who was very friendly.
