I have visited Steven Kent twice in 2023. First with my daughter at the previous location and then a few weeks ago with my husband at the new location. I love the wines, and the new location is excellent. I particularly enjoyed the 2020 L'Autre Cote Cabernet Franc - Bates Ranch. We had a great experience. The Private Salon Experience with Sommelier was held upstairs at the Home Ranch Vineyard. Eight of us were treated to a delightful history of the family and vineyard before delving into the tasting. The wines were all excellent, and the sommelier Vijay was genuinely hospitable and very knowledgeable. We learned a lot and walked away with some notable bottles for our collection. We'll be back.

Solid! Absolutely solid wine. The type where there wasn't really anything wrong with any of the wines. The type where you are pretty tempted to join because you just agree with how the winemaker is making wine. Going to have to come back again here to try the flight again after their next release to see if lightning strikes twice, in which case we'll have to join.
