So I order and I realize I forgot my wallet in the car, no big deal, I have a virtual card. I quickly pull out my phone, activate NFC and HOLD MY PHONE closer to the tablet. I didn't select a tip option and neither my fingers or phone touched the tablet. It automatically puts the transaction through, 24$ with a 7$ tip!! I tell the cashier and she just says "sorry" I then demand to see the manager and he GASLIGHTS me as the tablet didn't glitch or bug, and had the audacity to LIE TO ME about refunding the tip, I had to dispute it with my bank and now I can't use my card. Thanks for absolutely nothing, this place was doing better under the T4 name.

The drinks was sooo good and i will be back for more drinks and the services was amazing and the barista was named Izzie/Isabelle and she was so nice and your place was one of my favorite and love my girl izzie and i hope you give her the best of luck and i hope she gets paid well and treated right.

UPDATE- Just noticed the response from the business owner of T4, oh wait La chai, whatever. Your employee told my daughter that you no longer accept the T4 gift cards. We tossed the card, so I guess your in luck, I hope your happy to do that to a teenager, but we will never spend another penny here. My daughter came here with her T4 gift card and was told she couldn't use because they were Li Cha Tea now, even though the same guy, Daniel still is running it and when my daughter used her debit card it still say T4 for the charge. Gift card also says it's only for the Livermore location, so it is useless. She also said she got a boba drink and it was terrible drink with old, mushy boba being used. I would give zeros if I could and we will never go here again. Go to Boba and More, way better drinks!

service and atmosphere is good but not food. ordered cookie and cream milkshake and it was more like slushie. should change it’s name to slushie. burger joints have better milkshakes. i would recommend to order something else not milkshakes.

My daughters and I were there last week. We ordered 2 boba drinks, popcorn chicken and cheese sticks. The popcorn chicken was amazing, love the flavor, spices, right hit of everything . Kids said the drinks were awesome. We are going back again and again and recommend everyone to try this place, you will never be disappointed.

Horrible service and experience!!!! Other people around heard when I ordered a Taro drink and they made a mistake and ON TOP OF THAT they told me I was stupid and should check the register screen because it is my responsibility to check for accuracy. When I asked for an exchange of my 8 dollar drink he grumbled and threw it aggressively. He then gave me an extra sweet drink when I asked for 30 percent sweetness because I am diabetic. I will NEVER come back to this place. Be prepared to be insulted and disappointed in the horrible quality of your drink and service. I used to like this place, but now I will never come back here. I feel like I paid to be insulted. By the way , the person who treated me this badly was the "manager".After reading some other comments I realize sadly he will probably respond to my comment in a very passive aggressive manner and will not take constructive criticism to better the store. With other bubble tea shops opening they will definitely be out of business in no time.
Great service but unfortunately not great flavor. Tried the Okinawa and Taro Milk Tea. It felt too watery and light on flavor and the taro flavor felt like more of an essence than actual taro flavor.

I think out of all the T4 locations, this is my favorite one for quality and good service. It's about a 30 min drive for me, 2 cities over... but worth to me getting my favorite popcorn chicken and white peach lemonade. Parking here is fairly easy, there's always open spots. The free drink upgrade from first check in isn't redeemable (just to note per employee taking my order).Since T4 is a restaurant and my dog is not a service dog (sign or no sign), I didn't want to carry him in just so I can get my boba... demeans the jobs of trained service dogs. Normally I hate leaving my dog in the car without me there... but since I was already here and parked in sight (from within the restaurant) - I felt a few minutes wouldn't hurt with the windows cracked opened in the shade on a nice day (sat in the car a bit to make sure the baby wouldn't get hot quick). The employee taking my order helped me get everything ordered quick and even gave me a little cup of water to give to my pup, which I ended up sitting outside with him to wait for my order. Once my order was ready, the employee waved at me to let me know that I can run in (pup in a car again) to grab it. I definitely felt a irresponsible on my end, but since I drove out here...I really wanted the drink and a snack. There are rushes that come from to time, but drinks are made swiftly and with only 1 person running the front (looks to be an older man in the back) - everything is made within good time. The last visit, right after I ordered, there was a rush from the dance studio that probably just let out of class. I give them props for that. With some indoor seating, it's nice that we can sit and just chat with our snacks/drinks. The popcorn chicken here is my favorite as it's spiced very well - heavy on the pepper which is my preference. With the dipping sauce of a garlic aioli (extra $1.50), it goes perfect with the crispy hearty chicken.I don't ever see the white peach lemonade at other T4s - the only reason I'd drive out here for this specific shop. With sweet levels at 80% and 100% ice, it's the perfect refreshing balance of a drink to me. Final Thoughts: I only wish this T4 wasn't so out of the way for me, but whenever I'm in the area...it's a must to stop by here. With only 2 employees taking care of the shop (at least for my last visit), the service I give them 10 out of 10.

This place has amazing food and drinks but mostly great service. I went to here and I accidentally left my phone and wallet there. Once I got back home I was panicking because I couldn’t find my phone nor my wallet. When I went to find my iPhone I saw that it was in the T4 I was at. I called the store and they said that they had my phone and wallet and even charged my phone for me since it was out of battery. They were also very nice. The food was good as well. My siblings and I got the popcorn chicken, the calamari and the chicken wings and it was delicious. We all loved it. This place is amazing and I really recommend it.

Tried this place twice last week with my kids. Service was VERY slow in store, there were at least three employees but they just couldn't keep up with in store and online orders. About 10 min wait in line and other 15 mins for two drinks. A few days later used an order ahead app and showed up 25 mins later per app and upon arrival app said order ready, however only one drink was ready, wait another 20 mins for 3 more drinks and the employee was still trying to hand me someone else's drink. Drinks are good but not good enough for such slow service esp when you are trying to get kids to practice etc.
