The Lychee Green Tea with boba was good, but it had a little too much ice

Tea Heart is the boba tea stand located between the outer ring and the middle of the San Francisco outlets. I've only tried their drinks and not the food. The drinks are adequate and the service is quick. Tea Heart has a couple tables and chairs around the outside of the Kiosk.

I was actually surprised to see the poor reviews for this place, however in my opinion it wasn't bad at all. Just a typical boba place located in a shopping outlet. I do wish they had grass jelly but that's fine, drinks still came out good and fast.

Don’t waste your money here. Go to Starbucks or across the street to gongcha instead.

Absolutely awesome shakes. There is no seating, so it's a take and go kinda place. The service is quick, but can get lengthy when there are multiple

Cute shop, but drinks could use some work. Popcorn chicken also would pair great with a sauce. I had the thai milk tea, and it was a okay, strawberry milk tea was better.

Terrible experience. Avocado smoothies are favorites of mine, so I decided to try Tea Heart out. When I saw the lady put just half an avocado in the huge mixing cup and filled it up the rest of the way with ice, I knew it was not going to be the quality and taste that I was used to. That was exactly the case. In addition to the poor quality product, it was very expensive ($7.85!) and the lady working there was less than welcoming or personable. Don't waste your time or money here!
I ordered the mango sago drink, and I was extremely disappointed with the quality. The drink was watery and lacked the rich and creamy texture I expected. It felt like a diluted version of what it should be. Moreover, the cost of the drink was exorbitantly high, priced at $10 for a subpar and diluted beverage. If I had the option, I would definitely give it a zero rating.

I got the Pink Guava fruit tea and Thai Milk Tea which where each pretty expensive for boba($7+). The tea came out suspiciously fast and customer service was subpar. The guava tea was watered down and lacked any form of Guava flavor and had little sweetness. The Thai Milk tea was the same, very watered down and unsweet and lacked that traditional Thai tea flavor. The only redeeming factor was that the boba(an extra 60 cents) was not bad.

We ordered taro and brown sugar, both are diluted with little to no flavor, boba tasted stale and felt they were not freshly made. One of the worst boba I ever had
