Love love togos! But the online ordering is horrible with the timing of the pick up. This isn't the first time this has happened. I placed my order at 5 my pick up time 537. 4 hot sandwiches. I arrive early and the food is ready. I asked the guy how long has it been ready? He said about 10min I replied... So my hot sandwiches are cold. No response he hand me the bag and went on his way to finish another order. Togos you need to do better with the pick up times. Hot sandos need to be filled when customer arrives. The price we pay for these items they should be hot n ready at the time of pick up.

This location has plenty of parking. I have tried several of their sandwiches, and they are solid. I also like their bread, and how they have several italian cold cuts that you do not find at some of the other Sandwich shops, such as mortadella and capicola.

New look was great for this long-standing location. New having to using their kiosks, but it was simple to do. On the day I went, they didn't have enough people to run the register directly, but no one was and issue using the two kiosks by the register. Makes it pretty easy to see all the options, ingredients, and get your order just the way you want it.I get the Ham and Swiss almost every time, like this day, and was it was fresh, tasty.Check out this remodel and enjoy setting inside or out. Parking lot is right there so not hard to find a spot. Look for yourself and have a great sandwich.

Every time I order a sandwich or salad it’s so good and the manager is always super nice and all the employees are very friendly. The prices are a bit high but always good food ❤️

Hear me out! The employees were awesome and service was great. Place is super clean.But damn this place is cheap here's why I took stars out...Price: basically a $20 9" sandwich which would be fine if the ingredients were balling out of control, but they're not. Also the tip button that is the most expensive is on the left, this may be subjective but I feel like that's a sort of malign little trick that some gas stations and now payment kiosks do to just charge customers more.Ingredients: mediocreThey are promoting a "Dutch crunch" but it just LOOKS like a Dutch crunch. It's super soft, sticky, chewy and sweet. The setting may be new and service streamlined, but the quality of the sandwich is not new and improved. I've been coming to this location for several years and it was always hit or miss depending on the person making the sandwich, but the two times I've been here since the remodel have both been misses. The amount of meat remains satisfactory, but there is insufficient lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle and peperocini. I wont be coming back here. It is no longer worth the price. ( $36 with tax for two large #9's- hot pastrami)

Customer service is awesome! I ordered online for delivery through Togo's website, which I have done before. Today for some reason the doordash driver dropped off at a house that was about 4 miles away from me in a rural area. After trying to contact them multiple ways with no luck, my lunch was just lost to someone else. I called the Togo's location and spoke with the manager Ryan trying to figure out what to do. After he talked with doordash he decided to remake my order and deliver it himself. Ryan took care of the customer and my family had a terrific lunch. Thank you Ryan for taking care of us, I will definitely be coming back.
