A little awkward ordering Togo's from a screen instead of the classic counter service but it worked and the sandwiches came out fast. Had the Clubhouse Melt and the bread was toasty good and turkey warm and delicious.

We used to drive across town to go to this Togos because the sandwiches were made so well and were delicious. For the past two orders (September 2023) there isn't enough tomatoes, onions or lettuce on my sandwich. Quality has declined. Think I'll try the other Togos.

Don't usually eat salads. But thought I'd give it a shot after a friend of mine recommended the Togos Ceaser salad. It was the best salad I've ever had! Great lunch deal and fast. Definitely recommend.

I guess paying $10 for a sandwich is for the cost of bread? Where is the meat? This is like subways version of a sandwich. Very sad

This is by far the best togos in the tri valley or maybe nor cal. They are super friendly, fast and accurate. It's all about the ladies managing the place they know what they are doing. I believe they are Gabby and Sydni...They even remember your name and order if you come often. Ownership do not loose these employees take care of them, they make this location the best!!!

I wouldn't bus drive you guys if it was the first time but this is like the third or forth time they've completely messed up my order. It's crazy frustrating when your hungry and craving something and you don't get it right ... I love cheese... cheese cheese cheese

The product of fast food chains is not equel. The 5 star review for this Togos is relative to my experiences at the Ace Hardware shopping center Togos in Livermore and how the Togos style sandwich is prepared. This Togos was clean in the customer area, the counter and the work area of the employees even during the main lunch hour. Employees were engaged in their tasks without any disgrunteled or harried expressions. The manager was visible and took the orders, greeting customers with a smile on her face. Sandwiches were made quickly with the proper proportion of ingredients. The sandwich was stacked evenly so every bite taken had the varied ingredients. It was an excellent Togos type of sandwich. Unlike the other Togos in town, the bread was fresh and the sandwich was not sloppily put together. The $32 price tag for two large #9's ( pastrami) has gotten to the point where we dont go for Togos more than maybe once or twice a month, but for just two of us it is cheaper than buying all the ingredients to make your own.

$17 for a pastrami and sauce sandwich. Can I get some dam peppers on my pepper jack sandwich and maybe some pepper jack cheese? Sheesh 3rd time no peppers or cheese what y’all doing?

This shop needs a new avocado preserving technique. This shop adds SO much lemon juice to the prepped avocado that any sandwich with avocado tastes like super bitter lemon juice. It's awful. 2 stars because sandwiches without avocado are fine.

Service: 5 star employeesFood quality and business practice: 2 starsPrice: 2 starsService- employees were great! Kind, clean, considerate and quickFood: yeah there's a lot of meat but it just tastes like salt, their bread was sweet and their Dutch crunch bread was not good. Tasted like mass produced BS with sugar addedBusiness practice: kinda irritating when the prompt to tip came up that the highest tip was all the way to the left, I always think that businesses do that to misle customers used to clicking the left most button which is usually the cheapest gas/tip.Price: have fun spending $35-40 on two mediocre sandwiches

Had a bad experience with customer service here and the quality of the food. But it's Togos so I'll give it a 3. Too bad their staff members kinda sucks. They should improve their staff.
