Jamal is the most underrated person working at Vitality bowl he went over and under to make sure my order was perfect he deserves to be the manager of the store , He has the best customer service I have ever seen in my whole life please take care of him by all means !!!!!!!

The employee was extremely hostile and disrespectful when we arrived late to pick up our order, employee made us wait 20 plus minutes for our order. Furthermore we are gluten intolerant and had requested no granola in the bowls. When we opened our bowls at home, they were soggy with granola so we had to toss them. And Employee microwaved my wraps without my permission. We don't eat microwaved food. Even if I arrived late, non heated wraps and bowls with no granola would have fine to consume. Not sure why employee had to yell at me in front of other customers...

Grabbed the Chia Bowl today which was fantastic! Creamy and lite! The cashier was polite and incredibly helpful, especially since I came in close to closing. This place was in a perfect location to grab a quick bite the interior is clean and well-kept.

I received the best customer service ever from Jamal at this Vitality Bowls! What an amazing employee. He should be promoted to manager in my opinion. He is the kind of worker everyone would be lucky to have represent their business. The Warrior Bowl he made was so good! He was kind, sincere, attentive to details, polite, respectful and very nice to talk to. He really went above and beyond and I'm looking forward to going back again because of his outstanding customer service and kindness. Service was quick too!

Wow! This place has definitely turned around. The food seems very fresh, the wait times are shorter and the staff is a lot nicer. They have a new manager running the place and it seems they're turning things around. Id definitely come try this location againKid-friendliness: They give out coupons for free kids smoothies at the schools!

A sign was on the door as I walked up “on my 30 minute lunch”, the girl came walking up with a McDonald’s bag in her hand and said “I’m on my 30 minute lunch” I asked what time she’d be back, she said “30 minutes”. I bought lunch next door and when I left she was still in front of the restaurant having her McDonald’s, it was about 45 minutes later.
I read the last review before going (with my daughter) and also had Sophia as my waitress. Great service (recommendation was excellent) great food, fair price.

The owner needs to have At least 2 people working here! I have given this location a few chances but I have waited over an hour for my order every time...with only a few patrons in the store. I'm sorry but I can't recommend this location.

Do not come to this location. I have been to other locations and they are fine. This location had only one person working. Came out twice to tell me they didn't have two separate ingredients for the item I ordered. Then ran her gloved hands through her hair as she was finishing folding up my wrap. Then I was handed this tiny wrap. I basically threw my money away.

The two girls in there were extremely helpful, names were Sophia and Caroline I believe. They helped me and my friend pick out super good smoothies and my friend even ended up getting a food item too! My friend asked if they had anything special for helping headaches. They responded by going over the menu with us and then helping us pick something out. So thankful to them.
