Pretzels have definitely gone up and it's been a while since I had a pretzel. I usually get the bites to share. They were pillowy soft, hot, and tasty. The jalapeño cheese dip actually had some kick and paired well. Overall a bit steep at almost $12 for the bites and 1 dip but would buy again.

They’re always out of the products we want! When you ask how long it’ll take, they always make it sound like it’s such a hardship to make the item, so they tell you it’ll take 30min and it deters you from ordering it. Luckily they’re not the only food option in the mall.

Was my birthday yesterday and I live in Livermore. Two times now I've gotten that new frozen lemonaide w/popping Boba. I LOVE them with a hint of blue raz. That's the way I order it.Looked up closet one. Livermore outlets... first time there, and probably last. Google reviews were bad. Gave it a shot anyway. Asked for it how I liked it. He said that'll be 30 cents extra... should have paid it. I asked why, "Never had to before, why now?" He said would you like me to ask my manager. I said sure. He walked over to her and they whispered. He came back and said that'll be $2.19 extra.I looked at her and said.. serious? She said.. yeah! I said it's the same amount in the cup. And I said, ooohhhh. You're the manager with all the bad reviews. She shook her head and said yup.I did not enjoy my birthday drink the way I would have liked to. Because I sure wasn't going pay over 2 dollars extra.?Parking: Better off parking and nearby shopping centers and walking, However there is not very many sidewalks and safe areas to walk when there's traffic.Kid-friendliness: No room to go in with a stroller without being in everyone's way.

Today I went to Wetzel's after downloading their new app, you get a free original or sinful cinnamon pretzel as a welcome reward! I used to get it at this mall quite often when they had the stand outside the YSL and true religion store. This I got from the spot near saks off fifth and Nike outlet! I was able to order it ahead on the app which I was glad I did since it had a fairly long line that I was able to skip by picking up my order! It was totally free and I like that you can earn points on the app when you regularly order. I went for the original pretzel since I had just got some ice cream. The original is way better then I remember it being in the past years ago when I would order it. It was super soft and buttery which really made all the difference! The salt on it was nice too but maybe a lil bit much so I dusted some off of it. Normally I get the pepperoni or the pepperoni and jalapeño pretzel so it was nice to try something different! Small clean store and there are some benches and seating nearby you can eat your pretzel at!

Wetzel's Pretzels has opened stores in almost all the shopping malls or outlet malls. They have 2 or 3 locations in the San Francisco Premium Outlets alone. I waited in line before Watzek's Pretzels simply to buy a pretzel and a drink. Yes! They have a line in front of the store on most weekends. The store looks clean, and the workers are working as fast as they can. But it is too many customers. I guess pretzels are one of the most convenient foods we can eat and shop simultaneously.

On 10/20 I went into the Wetzel's located at the SF outlets in Livermore, Ca to but some cinnamon bites and was charged for those and the order of the person in front of me. My wife and I walked into the location and there was another person in front of us. We remember this person paid in cash. After this person got their item and left we walked up to make our order. The cashier gave me a total and and I entered my card into the reader to complete the purchase. The cashier came back with my cinnamon bites and asked me to enter my card into the reader a second time. She mentioned that the first transaction was not charged to my card since a receipt did not print. I hesitantly entered my card into the reader a second time. Before I left I checked my credit card transaction history and noticed there were 2 new charges on my credit card from that location. I brought this up to the cashier and she said the first transaction would go away and will only show as processing. I asked for her name and the name of the store manager incase the transaction did not dissapear from my statement. She wrote down Leonor on a piece of paper and identified herself as the manger. It's been 3 days since this happened and the both transactions are still on my credit card. I've tried calling multiple times, but the phone continues to give me a busy tone. I've also reached out to Wetzel's corporate through and email and the contact form on their website. This should have been corrected that night when the till was counted and should not have required me to follow up a few days later. I just want my money back.

pretzels bites were 50/50 super oily even for a classic bites. but the customer service was horrible I asked for both pizza bites and classic bites then proceeds to clarify the pizza bites and i said " yes those and both pizza and classic bites" then rings me up for a normal pizza pretzel then i told the lady again the pizza bites and classic then rolls her eyes as she was pulling out the pizza pretzel then calls her coworker to actually do her job then rings me up correctly

It wasn't crazy busy, we were patient and friendly and I even tipped. They didn't ask if we wanted salt and then as we were eating the pretzels we noticed that they put a bunch of burnt pretzels on the bottom of the bag!
0 Stars! I was charged twice! The RUDE cashier says oh didn’t go through, runs it again. Log into my bank right then and there and sure enough 2 charges! I show her and the manager, both of which gave me attitude & it’s neither of their problems apparently & to call my bank, umm no! I will NEVER ever eat here again and I don’t recommend this place to anyone!

OK food, but very, very overpriced - especially the hot dog and drinks. $5+ for a slushie, $7+ for hot dog...The combos don't save you any money and they charge you for each individual item...

Do not go here ! I rarely come in and was in a rush and really hungry. So I stopped to get a pretzel and sauce. He tries to hand it to me but before I grab it I ask for a bag. He places my pretzel on the disgusting greasy counter. I immediately tell him I don't want that one anymore get me a new one. I'm sorry but we still live with Covid and should place a customers food item on a dirty counter then expect to put it in a bag for me
