I decided to have my lunch here, but wasted most of it just waiting for a simple flat bread order that took a little over 20 minutes. A family ordered after me and got their order of 3 items first. I didn’t realize it til I seen the description again, but my order was missing something, and the girl with the red streaks didn’t mention anything of it. I get you’re under pressure and understaffed but take that out on your management. Just do better.

Came here on an early afternoon. Only one staff was working and she had to handle all mobile and walk-in orders. She acknowledge us despite being busy making drinks which we appreciated. The Blue Hawaii smoothie and Lilikoi Butter toast were really good. However, the Blue Hawaii cold brew tasted like regular cold brew. Def would come again to try other items and will mobile order ahead next time!

So happy to have a little bit of Hawaii in Bay Area! Probably my favorite acai bowl place - I go all the time for their blue Hawaii bowl and fruit flavored lemonades. So delicious and the portions are generous - you can also make modifications to the bowl for your liking. The inside of the store feels very "Hawaii", I usually mobile order online and pick up. One star off because there were a few times where I felt the workers weren't very friendly so maybe there's off days? Overall though I'll keep coming back to try more of their menu!

I told my friend I would treat him to some lemonade a few weeks ago. I had been to the Wow Wow Waffle/Lemonade in San Diego several years ago when I lived there and I remember it being good. My friend and I both ordered Lemonades in mason jars which we thought was $9 like it said on the menu, but it turns out the mason jars don't come with a drink so I shocked when the employee rung us up $32 for two lemonades ($7 each) in mason jars. I think their menu board was a bit misleading. I would think that if the menu mentions the mason jar, it would include a drink inside it, or why have it on the drink menu? I would have declined it, but felt embarrassed to say something in front of my friend. In my opinion though, they should include a lemonade with the $9 mason jar. The drink is good, but $16 for lemonade in a jar is a bit overkill.

Quick service and the ambience reminds us of Hawaii. We've tried a few of their lemonades and no matter which one you go with, it'll be delicious! Just be mindful that their hours have recently changed.

Fresh lemonade and a variety of syrups to go along with them, what more could you ask for? The service was quick and the workers were wonderful. There are not a lot of tables but given how small the location is that is understandable and takes nothing away from the experience. Would highly recommend the Hawaiian lemonade, So refreshing!

I tried the original location in North Shore Hawaii. It was a place that I always had to go visit. I loved the lilikoi lemonade, my absolute favorite. I was so disappointed when they closed all locations in Hawaii. I came across this location and since I'm from the Bay Area, I had to go check it out. Definitely not the same, maybe cause you are not getting the fruit grown on the island. Prices are much higher as well. Not sure I would come out her again, it was kinda a let down. Nothing compared to the Hawaii locations. Too pricey for mediocre lemonade.

I'd been wanting to come here for a while! Also it was particularly hot this day after shopping at the outlets across the street! So it was so nice to be in AC. The shop is super small with 2 tables but nice decor.The staff entertained our questions about the menu. We waited at one of the tables for them to call out our order but before we knew it, the worker girl was walking towards us with our lemonade and brought them to our table!I feel like nowadays it's just such common practice to have your order called out and you go up to get it. So I thought this was so so nice of her to do and a breath of fresh air. Excellent customer service. My watermelon basil lemonade was so good! You may also sub the sweetener for Monk fruit. Hubby subbed for monk fruit as a healthier option. Back in the day I used to boil the real monk fruit (dried) into a tea and lemme tell you, it's sweet!!! I didn't ask whether they do it this way or buy the powder form of monk fruit. I would definitely return here when I'm in the area.

Dropped by on my way back from the Shops without doing any research on it. Ordered a Blue Hawaii, but there was no spirulina. I was wondering what the white things were in it, looked it up later and it's coconut! So I basically got a coconut lemonade. It was pretty good - a little overly sweet and sour for my taste but that's most lemonades. Very refreshing! The lady at the counter was very nice and I got my drink within 5 minutes. Next time I want to try the Mango Colada (coconut lemonade with pineapple juice and mango topping). Such a cool idea for a business! I don't like carbonation or coffee so it's really neat to have more fun drink options. :)
