This business never opens on time. Eventhough big signs on the door state 6am. The employees can't be bothered to open until after 7am.

If the business sign indicates the establishment is open at 0600 then don't be upset when customers walk-in for a bite at 06:45 regardless on your own situation. Obviously, opening the store wasn't a priority as these two where standing outside near the dumpster what I can only imagine to be a smoking break. My advice get your affairs in order and life will be more pleasant.

Worst drive through experience ever. Took forever for them to take our order when there was no one else in line. Then the guy in the drive through practically tossed my food at me. He also had the WORST attitude I’ve ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. I’ll never be returning.

How dose you drive thru not work the window is open and the speaker works but you cant use the drive thru this place is a joke

Waited in the drive through. Very slow response. Told to wait twice. Did not return requests for service and eventually had to leave. Could not afford to wat any longer. Disappointing service. Poorly managed.

Went thru the drive thru on our way home. There was no one in line. The female taking our order asked a question and my husband said give us a minute. She forgot to turn off her mic when she said "OMG", in a bothered tone. Immediately there was someone else helping us. We finished our order and went to the window. We paid and then we're asked to pull forward and wait for someone to bring out our food. There still was no one in line. I guess others have read the bad reviews and stayed away. I didn't read them until after this experience. The food was good but the customer service will keep us from stopping here again.

Crap customer service. Owner of the place needs to hire new staff. Was told they had multiple orders and it would take 20-30 minutes for me to receive mine.. only 1 small car in front of me lol. Last time I tried they weren't accepting debit cards.. waste of time! Just go to Atwater BK. Owner needs to hire new people! Never can buy food at this place. 0 stars..

I really love Burger King, but this one took 25 minutes to bring us our food. They parked us when no one was behind us, and the food wasn't even hot when we got it. They're "privately owned" which gives the managers authority to be very rude and talk down to you when you're asking questions about their coupons. Overall it wasn't the greatest experience and I'll be going to the other options across the street.
