Sorry not the biggest fan of their coffee. I don’t have nothing bad to say just not for me.

I can't believe how excruciatingly slow the drive-through is at this Starbucks in our small town. Having lived in a larger city where efficiency is the norm, this experience is mind-boggling. It raises serious questions about the competence of the workers or management here. Corporate really needs to investigate these unacceptable wait times !

It's a Starbucks. However, the service at this particular location isn't great. It's right along the highway and can get quite busy, so I can understand the lack of a smile, but brings a place down a

Humble is me

Drive thru took way longer than it needed to be, about 4 min per car. I was stuck in line for 20 min.The coffee was good just took too long but then again I ordered a latte and the cake pop wasn't even at the window by the time I got to it.Maybe just poor management.Parking: Parking spots behind the drive thru line. ? Weird spot.

Don't go unless you got all day to wait for a $5 coffee. The worst Starbucks I've ever been to.

They were really nice and they said the food was on us because we were so patient.

I don't understand the reason for the sexual orientation flag but the drinks were good. The line took about 25 minutes but there was like 10 people in front of us so I get it.

Oh, where do I even start with this Starbucks? I have lived in this town all my life and I drive to Atwater daily to get my coffee instead I have tried everything possible to get my drink made correctly. I have contacted corporate I have spoken to the manager, Mike, I had even spoken to the district manager, I get a shake and espresso on ice. It is a very simple drink to make with the same recipe as always, yet no matter when I go, they never ever make it correctly. Every time I try nicely to explain the issue at this Starbucks I get told everything will be better next time that they will retrain the staff that they will have the manager himself make it, and so on yet no matter what it is always made incorrectly every single time I try to visit this place and give them another try I do not for the life of me understand why no one in their staff can make this drink correctly they put very little care into the drinks they make And seem bothered if you ask them to remake it there are a few really nice employees there but even still the drink is never right when someone is paying $4.25 for a grande espresso with some milk you would think asking for it to be made correctly is a reasonable request. I have finally had enough of ever giving them a try again it is worth the 10 minute drive to Atwater. I never have a problem there it's amazing how they have no issue making the drink 100% correct but this Starbucks can't make it to save their life, it does no good to nicely suggest they figure out how to train the staff better. It also does nothing to speak to managers. The problem continues. Trust me when I tell you go to a different Starbucks do not stop at this location you will get a drink poorly made, and you will wait forever for it
