I work for a collection company. AH Wines ordered over $15,000 of product from our client a year ago and still refuses to pay our client. Their CFO, Rich Gerlach is a suspended CPA who has repeatedly lied to our office and says that AH Wines does not have the money to pay because of the pandemic. This is despite the fact that the company; 1) is still actively doing business , 2) incurred this debt WELL BEFORE the pandemic, 3) generates 5 million a year in revenue, and, 4) was able to fraudulently obtain $150,000 in PPP funds from the Federal Government just a few short months ago.If you do business with this company, make sure that you are paid EVERY CENT upfront, otherwise, they WILL NOT PAY YOU!
