I’ve come here multiple times trying to give it chance after chance. Every time I come they are rude and look miserable and all look young like they hate their job. When I walk in and I’m just being stared at and I’m the one who has to say hi to you?? How unprofessional.Hire people who actually can smile and be kind. Disappointing.

They need to update the online hours. I drove 25 minutes from Stockton to this location specifically because online it says they're open until 11 on Friday. They locked the doors just as I pulled up because they actually close at 10:30. Complete waste of time.

I ordered a milkshake and it was flavored milk, watered down. It swirled in the cup like a glass of milk. When I pointed it out to the employee, she said, "that's how they come". She had much attitude and refused to remake it unless I paid for more ice cream. When I called the next day to speak with a manager. I was told there is no manager and refused to give me any contact information of the owner or take a message with my info. We love baskin-robins, but not this location.

I don't usually go out due to my social anxiety but when I arrived at this location, I was greeted by the most nicest young lady and she made me feel very comfortable and helped me pick out a new flavor to try. I believe her name was Jocilyn (sorry if spelled wrong) and if you're reading this, thank you for being such an amazing worker.

Baskin-Robbins, has the best ice-cream in town. The people that work in this place are very rude. Will not come to this place ever again. This place needs friendly workers with nice attitude. Everyone that works there looks like they are having a bad day.

This is the worst Baskin Robbins I have ever been to I came in with a party of seven my brother ordered a cappuccino blast and we politely asked the young ladies to remake it at first they refused and had an attitude and were whispering behind our back's on the counter because they made the cappuccino wrong this is the worst customer service experience I've ever had me and my family will not be back .. Also after telling us we can keep the bad cappuccino that we did not want at the end they ended up asking for it back because they thought we wanted a free cappuccino

I had good service here and delicious ice cream..My experience was great however what I witnessed after was not so great. I was sitting in my car eating my ice cream when a family of four, mom, dad and two kids pulled up. The family walked up to the store and the doors were locked. It was only 1036pm and the store doesn't close until 11pm. The two girls in the store looked at the dad who was pleading with them to open and the girls just shook their heads. Heartless and wrong. If you are supposed to stay open until 11pm then do it, it's that simple.
