The Service was so slow . It wasn't even busy . It took for ever to get seated and also to take our order. Really bad customer service. Maybe that's how it is , that's why there was no customers ?.

Normally the story that I’m about to share does not warrant the star review that I have given this location, however, through kind and thoughtful staff we walked away from our dining experience happy: As we dined in tonight at BWW’ we promptly ordered our meal after being seated relatively quickly. Unfortunately we waited for nearly an hour for our food to arrive and it was cold, which is unlike this locations typical happenings. We come here often and can honestly say only this one time have we had an unsavory experience. Regardless of the circumstances with our food, I believe he was a manager (if not he really should be) Scotty came quickly to our table and assessed the situation. Scotty offered empathy and reconciliation quickly for our situation that was tremendously appreciated. Following Scotty, a server named Leah finished serving our table and was the kindest server we have ever had. She offered us warmth and understanding recognition that is often missing from establishments these days. While there was an uncomfortable aspect to our circumstances Scotty and Leah proved that the heart of any restaurant is the ones who see to their patrons through means of dignity and respect.Thank you Scotty and Leah!

I truly don't know why I came back after over a year of saying i would never. Nothing has changed, if anything it has gotten worse. Wait staff are disengaged or have a complete lack of training. Simple drinks from the bar took over ten minutes when there were only 4 additional tables seated in the building. Food quality has gotten to an all time low and this time actually resulted in a minor case of food poisoning. Fried pickles were under cooked - onion rings were decent.We ordered a 20 piece traditional wing - four flavors ranging from their hottest (Blazin) to lemon pepper. All 4 flavors came mixed together on the same tray... This would normally be fine if I didn't have a 3 year old sitting at the table who was sharing a meal with us. Common sense should dictate maybe don't intermix these items...but hey, they gave it a whirl. When trying to explain our concern to the person delivering our food (not our waitress...not sure where she ended up) she looked very confused and stated, "but they mix the sauces in different bowls." She asked if we would like to send it back - but we all know how this was going to go at this point and decided it was probably safer and better to not risk another half hour of our day waiting for them to refire.Quality of the chicken was atrocious! Over cooked to the point where all of the skin was retraced well beyond the bone, hard and Dry...when I say dry, I mean we felt like they were rationing the sauces for D-day. These things would have had more moisture if i ordered the dry rub instead of sauce. (but i digress) We requested some additional sauce after showing our waitress the condition of the food and she was nice enough to bring us 2 small cups.....and charge us an additional $1.20.All that being said - the TV's work....the beer was cold. My favorite part tho....The previously half eaten piece of celery that was plated for me to eat. I wish I was joking. I don't know how you mess up a carrot...but they were well past their prime and slimy.As far as a response goes from the restaurant. I do not want additional work from you in filling out a form on my experience...I don't want a refund...I want another package of toilet paper (Quilted) and possibly a time machine once i can stand to go back and reevaluate some of the recent life decisions I have made when it comes to poultry products.Despite many of your customers efforts here and on other platforms literally begging for your attention on not only the quality of your food, but the safety hazard that it presents....unfortunately I will NEVER be returning.
