My daughter worked at this chipotle so her and her co-workers(friends) were the greatest!! It's not the greatest place as far as not running out of food. But that's what happens when you get “fresh fast food” . So stop yelling at these kids and remember next time you get mad at something out of their control…. Jesus loves you!! Go find him and calm down!! Or just say home and cook from your fully stocked kitchen ?

There are two Chipotles in this town. The other location is fantastic. This location is atrocious. THey consistently get orders wrong when placed through the app. Out of my last 5 orders from this location all 5 had errors. Usually bowls missing items. Or if two bowls were ordered they seem to get a random mix of items ordered in each. One time I was given a completely different order even though it was in a bag with my name on it. Not to mention portion sizes. This location very consistently under portions their orders. Avoid this location and use the one across town.

Today I was helped by ASHLEY… this employee had an absolutely disgusting attitude and demeanor. I visit this store 3 times a week consistently, I see Ashley often. I always smile, greet and farewell kindly to the employees.After small talk rude remarks by Ashley concerning my my guac portion, I was slow to get my card out… due to being surprised by her childish and rude behavior. As I was getting my phone out to pay, she asks “uhh are you going to swipe orrrrrrrrr”?♀️. I was so shocked by her inability to use general kindness and patience… I simply smiled and said “thank you for your kindness, I hope you have a good day:))”. I hope Ashley was just having a bad day, if not… I would be embarrassed to have her as an employee.

Normally I don't have a problem with chipotle but my order today wasn't the best. The rice was mushy and I had to pick out quite a bit of lettuce that had browned. Ingredients didn't look fresh unfortunately.

Went yesterday to pick up my mobile order so I order this order from Stockton. My order wasn't ready when I arrived. Lady came in with her child she got her order faster than my order. So much staff there working at chipotle. No one greets you
