Cookies are yummy! Service seems to always be great but all employees are not knowledgeable of being able to print a small sticker message to be placed on an order. If you'r picking up cookies as a gift for a special occasion ask about the small sticker message with emoji's to give the box a more personalized touch.

Super yummy cookie! They are huge & really easy to share. Note: get the cookie cutter! You can cut the cookies into 4th or 8th and try a little of everything.
I would go here & recommend it to others. With Caution. I was disappointed in the clerks there. I will give them another chance or 2, because the cookies are amazing. Their attitudes need to be friendlier & more outgoing!!! But, i would watch the clerks. Their customer service attitude needs to improve. Another concern, The clerks with long (& probably short hair, too!), clerks should wear hair nets or some sort of head covering. Doesn't the Health Department enforce this? One clerk, flipped his hair right over the box my cookies were going in. When i am paying so much for a gift box of cookies, ($55+) i surely shouldn't have to worry about Hair being inside my order!!! I love your cookies just not your staff!!!!!

Came in on April 3rd to get some cookies to take back out of state with us and when we opened the cookies we found a huge hair in the raspberry filling on the cookie. Could not stomach to eat it at that point.

Nice shop and easy order and pay station and no line !!! Of course we were there right at opening in morning !!!! Couldn't wait for a taste we sampled on the hood of car lol
