They're nice people but they're playing loud music and it seems like they miss details, for example, "light ice", that should be automatic for the new items with boba, considering the fact that there's less space for liquid and ice you're kinda getting ripped off. Also the boba should be poured in first, so it can be at the bottom. A lot of it is stuck at the bottom with ice and i finished the drink.

My morning go-to with my pup. A hot chocolate with either coconut or peppermint for me and a pup cup for him on a chilly morning is a must have, and on a warmer day I enjoy their blended lemonades and other cold drinks.The staff is always a delight and seem to be genuinely happy to be there, which is always good to see. They're welcoming, helpful, friendly and they love letting my spoiled little dog know how cute he is. He loves it & so do I. They really help start the day off right!

Walked into the lobby at 4:35pm because couldn't fit into the reduced area of a line outside with my car. A friend of the girls working in there walked tinto the lobby shortly after me and was given a drink immediately and mine were not ready until 4:45pm. I guess it's who you know in this place . I will never return to this location.
