Cute little coffee shop! I had seen great Yelp reviews so I decided to try. I ordered the churro latte and it was super sweet and delicious! I recommend for someone who really enjoys sweet drinks. The whipped cream and caramel were great touches. The cups were adorable as well. The girl that was working was super kind and friendly! Highly recommend trying and supporting local business :)

Best coffee around. The owner is so sweet and helpful if you don't know what you want. She has so many flavors and creations that you cannot find anywhere else. I always have to make a stop here when I'm in Lodi

Cute little shop with a lot of unique tasty drinks to choose from! The lady working was very willing to give recommendations which was nice! Definitely try this shop out if you’re tired of Starbucks or Dutch! (I’d give 5 stars but the parking lot is kind of annoying/confusing to get into as somebody from out of town.)Parking: Parking lot is weird

Nice little place. Looks great if you like more interesting flavored drinks and such. Vanilla latte was nice, and they were very accommodating of special requests (e.g. no ice, but don't fill with extra milk). Limited pastry selection, mostly cookies - they did look good though.

We stopped by on our way up to Lake Tahoe on a recommendation from a family member. The menu looked absolutely delicious and so creative; many of the drinks seemed inspired by popular Mexican candies and treats. I got La Rosa Frappe, me being a fan of mazapan candy. It had the perfect amount of mazapan bits mixed in and the crumble they add on top of the whipped cream turned into a treat on its own when I finished the drink. The person attending us, who I would assume is the owner based on posts from their social media, was so friendly, patient and happily chatted with us while she made our drinks, wishing us safe travels on our road trip afterwards. Inside the store itself was so clean, brightly lit, very simple and comfortable. I'm from Stockton, but frequently visit Lodi for some shopping. I'm making Grinding Grounds a must stop every time.

Wanted to find a coffee pit stop on my way to the Bay and chose this place (I've been encountering good finds in Lodi as of late). Was greeted by a huge smile from the cashier lady and she was super friendly and sociable. Business started off in truck form and this brick-and-mortar spot has been established for a little over a year now.I asked her what the bestselling drinks are here and one recommendation was the churro latte. Got it iced and was a big fan of the brown cinnamon sugar rim on the cup (made the drink taste like a churro!). Once the sugar rim was gone though it tasted pretty much like a Starbucks caramel macchiato.Me being a bakery nut of course I was easily fixated on the small display case of conchas that was set off to the side. The conchas are made in-house and the one that I had was pillow-soft with a crispy top. What I loved most about it was that it had a nice cinnamon taste throughout the bread. Made a great complement to my drink.Overall definitely recommend this spot if you need a caffeine pick-me-up while trekking through the 99 highway here.
