Don't know why you couldn't inform me that my food would not be available instead of sending the door Dasher. With just a coffee from my lunch. A little communication would have been nice. I may have selected something different. Instead. I have a nine and a half hour shift with only coffee for the day.

I'm usually not one to give bad reviews but here we are... This morning, I thought I'd give Java a try I've read reviews where people have mentioned that it's a long wait in the morning, but I figured since I'm early enough before work I would give it a go. I arrived at 8:15am and pulled out of the drive-thru at 8:40 am there was only 2 cars ahead of me. I would have drove away but was blocked by other vehicles if you been there, you understand the drive-thru situation is not the best. If waiting, there for so long wasn't bad enough it got even worse. The barista came out of the shop to take the order of the car in front of mine which had 2 large dogs and she started petting them and allowing the dogs to lick her hands with slobber dripping from the dog's mouth. I wouldn't mind so much that she was giving affection to the dogs because I myself love animals but what happen next is what had me write this review, the barista walked back into the shop rubs her hand on her pants because it had slobber and started making coffee right after not once did, she even considered washing her hands. when you are dealing with food you should have better hygiene methods as basic as hand washing. Working in the healthcare field we are so diligent about hygiene because we understand cross contamination especially because she was touching every handle of the coffee machine and other baristas are using the same ones and making bagels and breakfast sandwiches. I wish I knew the baristas name so I could speak to her manager. I wonder if her "sweet" tattoo on the back of her arm would help me identify who she is.I hope whoever is ruining this business sees this and teaches the baristas better hygiene methods. If I could give my experience here a negative star I would. I'm so disappointed I honestly wanted to support a small business, but I will not be coming back.

When you spend roughly $33 for two coffees and three beagles, you would expect them to be correctly made, not a mess, and to taste at minimum pretty decent not mediocre. Employees seem nice and polite but service time is extremely slow. This place is relatively close to my home, I’ve enjoyed going here every weekend for serval months and have dealt with the long wait time, but today is the last day I will be going. Coffees ordered tasted horrible. Definitely not even close to the way they’ve been made in the previous weeks. Breakfast sandwich beagle was missing half the ingredients. Overall just not even worth going back and dealing with the long wait to hopefully have it corrected.

My daughter and I went for first time Friday morning. The service was horribly slow. Could be because the 4 young girls working were constantly going back and forth between the drive-thru and their other building, leaving the drive-thru empty at times. The efficiency was non-existent. We waited in the drive-thru for 30 minutes. We ordered 2 drinks and 1 bagel and the employee tried to charge us $25.13. After complaining, she realized she was also adding in the prior order. I received my hot cocoa, but it was cold, not even lukewarm. Very disappointed and will never return.

Never going here again. Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru only to get a cold hot chocolate and the wrong size smoothie. Service was absolutely horrible. It’s all high school kids, why aren’t they in school?? Highly don’t recommend.

I love this little bagel shop. The bagels and coffee are absolutely delicious, the staff are friendly, and they always make us feel appreciated when we come in on duty ? starting my shift with a bagel from here is the best way to guarantee a good day. I wish I could give this place 10 stars!

Waited 45mins at the window for 2 coffee and 2 bagel sandwiches. This is just ridiculous!! The staff needs to work together and be on the same page bc I truly don't understand why this was my experience. I'm only 1 person but you lost this customer.
