I visited Jimmy John's on Sunday, 2/11/24, around 5 PM. I decided to order the giant #11 Country Club. It came with turkey, ham, provolone, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. I was able to customize the sandwich by also adding pickles and mustard. All in all, the sandwich was huge, filling, and tasty. The bread was soft and all of the ingredients tasted fresh. I truly enjoyed the quality of the sandwich. The customer service was fast and friendly. The inside of the restaurant was clean and nicely decorated. I recommend coming here for a sandwich fix.

If I was just judging on Food, the score would be higher. I had the double roast beef. The roast beef was excellent. The bread, while not excellent was fairly good. Their chips I did not like at all. When you walk in, they are friendly. They prepared the food quickly. However, I cannot rate them high on service for other reasons. They have a policy of not putting mustard on. They make the customer do it. People do not pay nearly $15 to complete the preparation themselves. The local management should value their customers enough that they would do this when asked. Just in the brief time I was there, three people asked, The selection of condiments and veggies is just extremely limited. It makes no sense. And the company does not heat the sandwiches. I think that's silly, but if it were not for the other things I'd be okay with that. All in all, more is expected for the price being charged.

Use to be my go to. Was at one point 5 stars in my opinion. Not sure what's going on lately, but so many errors on the sandwich making. Asked for 4 additional add ons and was so excited unwrapping it back at work only to find out that nothing was added :(

Poor service mess up orders placed. Leave off ingredients that are supposed to be on the sandwich. And oh by the way, they could care less. Be sure to look close at what you expect to get! Not nice people.

In a world of togos and subway jimmy johns is really good,their bread is great,makes the sandwich,I always get roast beef cheese with everything plus peppers. Their peppers are really good they also have great pickles.

Awesome sandwiches always so fresh.There was a mistake when I placed a pick up order turns out they weren’t accepting pick up after 7:30 pm so it was placed for the day after. I called the store and they were really kind and understanding made me my sandwich in less than 5 minutes and I picked it up through the drive through ! Although I do wish they would still offer pick up at 7:30 , employees made it a pleasant experience and I will keep coming back :)

Will not return

I almost don't want to write this review, but im HIGH AF, and feeling generous in spirit. This Jimmy John's HAS A DRIVE THRU.THERE IS NEVER A LINE. We get 4 sandwiches for under 40 bucks and they are friggin delicious. Had sandwiches misnumbered once, which meant my son had 2 sandwiches because my daughter has a sensitivity to slicy as a result of an old Taqi injury and couldn't eat her brothers sando after he had already smoked hers, so maybe check your subs but that is no deterrent. The food is too consistently good and they have great customer service. We went back and just ordered our peppers on the side. PLUS! They are genuinely FREAKY FAST.Hella Good. Highly Recommend.

honestly the food was alright. When am I going back? Probably not until I'm extremely hungry Lol. In all seriousness , the staff was very friendly and were fast. It was nice when the young gentleman ( I can't exactly remember his name) made conversation and asked how my day was. The only issue for me is the food. Afterwards, it made me have to revisit the toilet. (Sorry for the TMI but it is necessary) I have never felt such intense stomach issues in my life until today. Although I won't blame Jimmy John's itself considering I had hot chocolate around noon. However , the #5 did taste a bit off. I choose to blame Jimmy John's 100% for the horrid events that followed shortly after. The ambience was pretty laid back, but the music sucked. Seriously who the hell chose the music? I walked out with a dissatisfaction in my stomach and in my head. Please reconsider eating here , it's not horrible , just not the best food wise . The staff is cool and all but the food caused me to feel off. The food was good and the staff was cool too.
