Hands down one of the best food trucks in Lodi. I had the Lengua tacos and my husband had the asada plate. My lengua tacos were tasty and the meat was prepared, season and cooked perfectly. If you ever cooked lengua you know cleaning the leagua is an important process for taste. My husband asada plate was delicious and flavorful. The asada was fresh and juicy and seasoned just right. We will be returning very soon.

I got a burrito here asked for salsa on the side and they put it in the burrito, thing is I don’t eat the salsa anymore because it gives me heartburn, also I got it on the side for my co workers burrito so he can have it. I took it back they replaced the order, but the food is mediocre.

This is definitely my favorite taco truck of all time my homies and I refer to it as the red ? my mom personally knows the cook making this a true match made in heaven bcz everyone knows that if mom's approves that means EVERYTHING‼️Vegetarian options: The fact that they accommodate vegetarians is a huge boost ?Kid-friendliness: They obviously accommodate any meal for children which is another huge plus ?Parking: There's actually plenty of parking spots but like with every popular taco truck or spot the parking becomes limited only due to the huge popularity and constant business they attract ?Wheelchair accessibility: There's 2 wheelchair accessible parking spots ✌️

Update : I threw up my food. . . Bad Food and services. Simply can take a correct order then the worst part is lie about it because they don't want to remake it! Not nice. Won't eat here ever again. . . Disappointed in this food truck. Sharing thoughts because this food truck went to great to worst through the years again simply because of the workers and attitude! Home made corn tortias make it worth coming here. I had a carnita taco plate. The carnitas were moist and delicious. The rice and beans were fresh and pretty much perfect.
Torta con cabeza, Torta cubana , so far these are the first two items I’ve enjoyed here and they did not disappoint. Don’t listen to the bad reviews. I’m in Lodi twice a week and I may end up spending my money here as often. Hell, I’ll put their kids through college if they keep feeding me like this. I’m looking forward to trying the rest of the menu, based on what I’ve eaten this week. These are hefty tortas and very flavorful. Im quite thrilled to have just discovered this place.

This taco truck is probably one of my top 5 in Lodi. Whenever I'm craving a quesabirria this is my go to spot. I keep my order simple with 4 asada tacos lol and I love that they serve them on handmade tortillas. If you're a fan of mushrooms, Then I recommend you try the mushroom quesadillas. That one really took me by surprise because I didn't think I would like it. Next thing I want to try is the carnitas tacos. So if you want to try this taco truck what are you waiting for!!!
