I ordered via web to skip the line. They were extremely behind on finishing orders so I still had to wait quite a while.they were almost 30 minutes later than anticipated time. The new cups were actually good. The pepperoni pizza has less on it than the photo.

I ordered in the 9am hour, I have a confirmation email at 9:44am saying to pick up between 3-3:05pm. When I get there, the young man says it will be ready in 10min. I'm confused by this, but stand aside. Then 18 min go by, I ask again, restating he said 10min, 18 min ago and he said "they're making it now. " You can probably guess my confusion, seeing as I paid for my order at 9:40 that morning. I asked to speak to a manager and she says "He doesn't remember telling you 10min" Excuse me? I shouldn't have even had to wait to begin with. I said, I ordered this at 9:40 this morning and you didn't even start on my order until I was supposed to pick it up and NOW I've been waiting 23min. The manager says "Ma'am everyone is waiting". "RIGHT, BUT DID THEY ORDER AT 9:40AM? PROBABLY NOT." No apology, no discount, nothing to even show any ounce of actual customer service.I'm a district manager for a chain of bars, I'd be re-evaluating my store of any of my managers or employees treated my customers the way I was.

So hit or miss with this location. Normally pizza is what you expect but the service is almost always terrible. Ordered a pizza online Monday at 11:15 get there when it should be ready at 11:45 and there’s a sign that they won’t even open till noon that day. No way to cancel my order, stuck with a hungry kid and no food. Almost all major chains can turn on and off mobile ordering so there’s not much for excuses there. Still waiting to hear back from corporate but I doubt I’ll get a response.

For the most part pizza is always cooked perfect just like in the commercials. There is however a morning manager that is extremely rude. I was supposed to receive credit for a pizza I had ordered the night before but they were so busy I had to leave without the food even though I already paid. So I went in the morning and it was a different manager from the night before I explained to her what had happened and showed her my online receipt and immediately she got very snappy with me like I was lying then finally she told one of the employees to remake my order when I finally got the order it was way to over cooked and didn't even have all the ingredients on it. So I took it back in to her she damn near yelled at me when I explained to her that the pizza was burnt and it was missing some toppings. She rudely replied that's how we make them here just like that and I showed her a picture of the same pizza I had ordered the week before from the same place with all the toppings and not burnt she once again snapped at a worker to make it again. Finally after waiting 30 minutes when there was no customers the whole time I finally got the pizza said thank you and left and when I opened it I realized the pizza was not even cut at all they pulled it from the oven slapped it in the box and gave it to me and I didn't have a knife or anything to cut it with for my workmates and I. But the night time manager is awesome very hard working and always resolves issues so people leave happy.

Ordered a Cheese Prezel Crust Pizza and a Fanceroni Pepperoni Pizza.Instead got a Pepperoni Pretzel Crust and a Regular Pepperoni Pizza.Got charged for what I ordered though, which is, of course, more expensive.
It was the worst they only wanted to sell me what they had and it was only wings and crasy breds i had to go else were tho get a pizza for my 5 and 6 year old I will never come back again for sure

The one on kettleman is a joke extremely slow service. Young man behind the counter had no idea who was in line total free for all. My pizza was suppose to be ready 720-725 didn't get it until 735 Don't expect 5 star service but his people skills need work.
