Not the same owners anymore it's new ownership they did an amazing job at remodeling the restaurant but the food is off da hook nice and fresh no microwave in the kitchen that's how a restaurant should be ? fresh and hot food ??

Well let’s see I was craving menudo I’m visiting from Orange County and I saw this place had good reviews. I ordered menudo take out and the flavor was good, but the tribe wasn’t fully cooked I had to cook it for another 30 minutes by this time I no longer .

I bought posole and other stuff and the staff forgot everything to go i gt home and poured my posile had literly no meat all juice i always buy from here but this time it was just not good al around hopefully it changes i know evertihying is high in prices but if your going to charge 14 plus dollars for a soup please give me 14 dollars of food not just juice

My favorite Lodi restaurant for good old fashioned Mexican food like my grandmother used to make! Hand made flour tortillas amazing. Big portions and good prices.

We come from sacramento and live in Stockton and have tried a y menudos of course no one beats moms homemade menudo but this comes pretty close especially with homemade corn tortilla ! Un menudo auténtico como a México y con tortillas hechas a mano ! This is def our spot ! Muchas gracias chef! And our waiter was so wonderful muy servicial !

No air conditioning. If the place was bigger than 1000 sq ft I could see trying to save a few dollars, but this place could not hold more than 20 people, and that is a high number. The food was absolutely awful, I have been to many places that have had lousy food, but this place tops it. I ordered Chile Verde, but instead, I got chile verde ribs; being born in Mexico, I have never in all my years of walking this earth, have I ever had Chile Verde that was served with spare ribs that were old, overcooked, and dry. Thank you, mazatlan for only having me choke down 3 small ribs. The rice, well I don't know if it was left out overnight uncovered or it wasn't cooked right, but it was hard. The only good food on my plate was the beans and handmade tortillas. The drinks were served on paper cups and were 5 dollars a piece. That was my plate, either the others were being polite and did not say a word. I was a bit embarrassed to ask since they are visiting from Colorado and this was the treat I provided for them. The total meal was 77 dollars. I dont usually waste my time on petty issues, but this is a rip off, there are better places in Lodi then this dive. What was I thinking?
