Anytime I drive down to this mcdonalds I always come home with an incorrect order. More annoying because when im ordering, I can see that the order is all correct, each thing has its extra this or that on the screen. But I get home and its completely wrong, The label on the burger isn't even correct. I paid more to have something ADDED, not have things taken off my meal, which i ended up having things removed from my burger that i didn't want removed in the first place. This is also the same place that is ok with sending out cheeseburger(S) (yes two not just one), that is only a bun and cheese. No Burger. How does that even happen?? i asked for a cheeseburger not a grilled cheese.The Customer services is extremely lacking. The girls working the drive-thru seem to absolutely hate their jobs. Today when getting my food at the second window, the guy giving my food didn't even say a word to me, he was too distracted talking with his coworkers, so i got the bag quickly handed to me, (i'm surprised it even landed in my hands since he wasn't even looking, again too distracted talking), and the window slammed in my face. Get better employees who can actually treat customers well and prep food properly.Save yourself the time and disappointment eating here and go get Taco Bell around the corner. At least they have good customer service and make the food properly.

The fries were cold not like usual.The clerk was abit slow..I was waiting for her to ask me something about my order....I finally asked her if she was there. She said yes...was waiting for me...but she wasn't asking me anyhhing...weird!..

I haven't been to that McDonald's in more than 2 years and here's a reason. 2 years ago I went to McDonald's for a quick breakfast before shopping.And I placed the order: pancakes with eggs, a hash brown and orange juice.As if that were not enough, I was the only one in the restaurant and I thought it was going to be quick. It took about 15 or 20 minutes to serve my breakfast!The pancakes tasted like they were microwaved, I didn't like the eggs, the hash brown was the only thing that was good.Then the next day I ended up sick. I won't have breakfast there again.

Terrible customer service, there was no one at the window when we pulled up to pay and then the girl gave us only our fries. When we callled her back she didn’t even say I’m sorry just looked at us snobby and shut the window and returned with the burgers and shut the window again.

The young man in the drive-thru had it going on. About 9 cars in line and I just stopped for a quit bite. He kept cars moving, handled payments for 2 lanes easily and efficiently! Well done going man.
