What you said on my other review is not true. Your weigh machine is not accurate. I go to other yogurt places for the same size and never came away laying 48 $. We normally pay 18 for what we got here. We did go to another weigh place and paid 23. Rip off

We come here quite often and it’s always good service and nice. April 5th, 2024 we came in and we were helped by a very nice and very hardworking young lady. As we sat and ate our delicious frozen yogurt, we watched this young lady work the entire time, never stopping. From restocking items, cleaning, and helping everyone that came in all by herself. I don’t know her name, but she had real bright red hair and wore glasses. In our opinion she deserves to be recognized for her hard work. It’s rare these days to have an employee stay busy and have a positive attitude. Great work!!!! Thank you ?

The frozen yogurt is good but the toppings selection is not great. The fruit never looks fresh and it's been really messy the past two times I've gone. The tables are also pretty dirty and the service was ok? Not good or bad.

The new owner is changing everything and the employees look unhappy now. Plus raised up the prices for cheap toppings that look fake #disgusting. Its NOT carlin the previous owner who knew how to run the business.

Beware the knockoff ingredients being advertised as name brands. M&M mini knockoffs are gross. Don't be cheap.

This Menchie's Frozen Yogurt is located in the same plaza as Walmart, specifically right next door to Jamba Juice and nearby Panda Express, Sees Candy and Crumbl Cookie. My husband and I decided to stop by Menchie's Frozen Yogurt this past Monday to take advantage of their buy one get one free deal for National Frozen Yogurt Day. We came in around 1:35 pm. There was one employee at the register. We got a cup and started to fill it with frozen yogurt. Currently there is a special limited edition flavor, Hi Chew Raspberry flavor. My husband started to fill his cup up several flavors, where I was being rather choosy since I didn't want that much. But I could tell just by looking at my husband's cup that it probably weighs a lot more than mine. So we walked to the register to weigh his cup and then mine. My cup was 0.8 oz lighter than his but I didn't want any more frozen yogurt so I decided to start adding toppings. But had to reweigh the cup again to see where I was at in terms of weight. Then decided to add fresh cup strawberries and then brought it to the register. During that time of weighing my cup twice (please note that there was no one waiting to pay yet, the customers in the store were still filling their cups with froyo and toppings), the employee at the register was rather annoyed with me. I don't know why since I am not holding up anyone from paying. She rolled her eyes at me. I thought it was ironic that she wore a shirt that said "you make me smile" but yet she was frowning the entire time I was there. You'd think with a job that is really easy going in a place that is supposed to bring smiles, employees would be friendly. I have gone to a few Menchie's locations back home in Southern California and have always had stellar service and wish they could teach this girl a few things. Oh and if you are wondering, the Hi Chew Raspberry flavor taste just like the candy. It wasn't bad. Currently it cost $0.69 per oz for frozen yogurt and toppings.

The yogurt is good but the problem is that the store runs out of toppings and does not replace them. Three times they have run out of strawberries and they are often out of hot fudge topping. It is annoying when all they serve is yogurt and that is already made. The toppings should not be a problem when there are 3 to 4 people working there. The people who work there are usually very friendly and the store is clean. Please work on making sure the toppings are available throughout the day if the owner or manager is reading this review. Thank you.

Great place to get a little frozen yogurt treat when it's a nice hot weather or after eating at one of Lodi's restaurants. I love the location. There is plenty of parking plus it's next to See's Candies and Crumbl Cookies....oh and Dutch Bros is near by! So deadly in that area.... perfect for sweet tooth lovers! It's pretty clean here. I've been to a few frozen yogurt places and let's just say they need to learn how to clean. The staff are friendly. The only thing I would suggest to them, is to have more frozen yogurt selections.

Very clean, sanitary due to the pandemic. The attendant was well mannered and greeted everyone. He offered the new flavor and was courteous when answering the kids questions. Very family friendly and enjoyable.
