It took 36 mins to get 2 sandwiches and a small fry!!!!as a chef id have to give people free food . It's not a 6 course meal...SAME PRICE AS ONE THOUGH!!NEVER AGAIN

Never go here, the service is slow and they don't adhere to posted hours, they say they are open per their website and though yelp and the posting on the door yet they are not there even when the open sign is lit. Waste of time, waste of money.

I gave 5 stars not for the fast food, for the CAJUN Turkey. I moved from So Cal recently and the last three years have gotten a turkey from Popeyes in So Cal. Coming to this area I was ecstatic that they have them here too. More expensive each year but worth it. As to fast food I love their chicken sandwich too

I honestly hate leaving bad reviews and always give the establishment a chance to make it right especially being in the service business myself. We were in town visiting family and on our way out to head back home (8hr drive) we wanted to get Popeyes before hitting the road, we don’t have one back home. We ordered and everything was fine at first. We were being patient as 20mins pass by and we still don’t have our food yet. So as 30mins was approaching we went up and inquired about it; was informed we were waiting on a chicken patty for one of the sandwich’s (I asked how long they take to cook and it’s 7mins) as I was talking with the front counter employee I noticed the rest of our order sitting on the back counter not under a heat rack, ready to go for quite some time. She finally hands me our order and after waiting 30mins the rest of our order had became quite cold to the touch (which goes against health code to hold for longer than 15mins after cooked or let it get under 135 F). I then mentioned the time frame and how cold the food was and asked for half a refund for the wait(30mins) and the cold food so we can just get on the road(we didn’t want it remade so we can leave) The manager said whatever we get a refund for they had to keep and we couldn’t have even though they had held our food for over 20mins on the counter getting cold and soggy. We have been very polite and calm at this point. I explained my position in my business and that this is not proper customer service and I would understand if it was our fault that these issue had occurred however it was not. At the end of it I got a full refund and left all food there after 40mins of time wasted and took our business elsewhere. We where very disappointed since we were pretty excited to get Popeyes but this is how you lose potential lifetime customers ?.

I tried to make a difference and tried to do right by God and the people but the employers are disrespectful and rude to their hardest workers, the employees. Many customers know me and love me, I never forget their favorite sauce or forget to give them napkins or a spork. Popeyes tried to accuse me of handing out free food which I never did. Popeyes tried to accuse me of missing $50 from a register that I didn’t use. I walked out and I will never be returning and neither should you. They are rude to customers too but never as rude and disrespectful as they are to their employees. I can’t even get an employee discount on my lunch, but my manager can eat for free and pick and choose who else they want to eat for free. It’s all favoritism and it makes me sick. Many people quit for this exact reason. Please rethink about dining here. Thank you

I've never had a problem at this location. Employees and very friendly. If might take a minute for one to come to the counter, but it's only because they are working with something else. I used one of their special coupons on their website and everything was so fresh and hot! Inside is nicely kept and very clean.
