On 3/21/24 I went to canes and ordered 2 combo meals with 2 extra toast ,when I got my order I asked the worker if everything was in the bags she said yes, upon arriving home I checked the food and missing both the extra breads that I paid forI didn't want to drive all the way back it wasn't busy at the time of my orderPlease address this

Pretty good place for the most part. The flavor is good, and the crunch in the chicken is quite perfect. The bread is often soggy though. The eating areas are mostly clean. The staff is friendly but they really need to learn to pay attention to their customer when they're right in front of them. I've walked in and waited for their conversation to finish first, before they came to attend me, even though I was seen walking in.

That's a hard one?but I would say the toast and the chicken are a tie for me.
The menu is confining and you pay the price if you deviate. The menu just shows combo meals that tries to force you into the 3.50 fountain drink game. The person serving me at the counter was also working the drive thru and I could never tell if she was talking to me or the other person. I also couldn't tell if she was looking at me or my shoulder- very awkward. So my whole order got messed up and was made to go missing my drink, sauces and napkins. When my family was finally sitting and eating out of a to go bag I realized I spent close to 30 dollars for 10 strips, an order of fries and one drink. This location has very awkward parking in the middle of other parking areas. It's not bad chicken but it's also not worth half of what they charge. If I was to buy a full dinner for the family it would cost 75 bucks and everyone would still be hungry. Going back to the evil clown across the street next time. He's awful but 20 nuggets for $5 seems fantastic after this experience.

Visiting the area for a few weeks first time experience drive through service was excellent food was out in a timely matter. Had to go inside to use the facilities. Really clean actually sparkled. Seemed liked a well managed store n staff everyone was friendly food was great.
