The gluten-free pizza tasted like cardboard - dry and flavorless. I took 1 bite and was immediately disgusted. I took it back to the cashier amd he brought out the manager. The manager then proceeded to call the owner. The owner acted like I was trying to steal a pizza or scam one for free. He denied my request to exchange my GF pizza for a regular pizza. I told him this was terrible customer service and I would never come back. I even told him I would white this bad review. His response, "I don't care. I serve a lot of people and you just want a free pizza." Even the server and manager were shocked and embarrassed when they heard him say this to me. Well, I would definitely not support or recommend this establishment because of the terrible food and moral of the owner.

It is always a pleasant experience visiting this RTP location. One of the better locations in comparison to other RTP stores because of their wonderful staff. As for the food, I'm a little biased as I believe (almost) any pizza is good pizza, and RTP doesn't disappoint.

Very bad service I Just went with my family and the manager said that we where suppose to buy another salad plate when its unlimited and he said that we couldnt share the salad plate so he kicked us out so I do not recommend going to lodi round

After a long day of work I figured we'd have a pizza night. Ordered a special "Large Double Play Pepperoni Pizza". Should have opened it before I left. This pizza was literally old pizza pieced together to make one "large" pizza. The lines of the cuts don't match up nor does the crust. I called and was told send a photo. After the supervisor reviewed the photo I was told I could come in and get a new one or, get 25% off of something in the future. I let him know I was not interested in going back out as I'm already home and that I would like a new pizza that's fresh the next day. I was told that wasn't possible. I would encourage you to check out another pizza joint or check your pizza before you walk out or pay.

Pizza has zero flavor no option for drinks other than soda or water. Pizza delivered to table with no plates or anything else to eat with. Waited thinking maybe the server would be back but nope had to go find someone who was in the back. Not one time did they come out to see if the food was ok or if we needed anything else. Now mind you there is no one else in the entire restaurant and I now know why.Dietary restrictions: Needed something non carbonated to drink and only option water!!!

Recently had my daughters birthday here and they were so accommodating. Everything went perfectly. Price and customer service was great!!! Definitely look into in this place if you looking to host a party!

Love their rewards program. Just got a large double pepperoni for $1.87 after applying my rewards. Their pizza is consistently good
The owner Sam is a RACIST P.O.S.!!!While we had dinner he kicked out and banned two Hispanic families calling them HORRIBLE and derogatory slurs, telling them they went welcome there.On top of that our pizza came out about an hour a half later and it was cold, we only received part of our order, after bringing up the matter the staff argued with me about already having given us the complete order.Definitely won’t be coming back!!
