First order I made here through app. I was told they closed an hour early, I never got a refund. Tried it again another date, app told me my sandwich was ready, it wasn't, I wasn't even notified that there weren't ingredients available. Matter of fact they didn't have the ingredients I wanted when they offered me an alternative sandwich. Never recieved a notice at all. Ingredients are scarce.

I tried the halal beef steak sub and was horrible… the steak was like raw and didnt even look or taste like beef omg looked like rubber fake meat… i had horible experience was looking forward to opening my fast but very disappointed… and on top that one sub like nearly $15 too pricey…

Worst experience ever! Ordered 4 sandwiches online for curbside pickup. Arrived when they were scheduled to be completed and received a phone call telling me they were out of all bread except wheat. Then proceeded to sit in my car for 20 minutes as I watched other customers go in and out with their food. Finally called and was told they were working on the last one and it would be another 5 minutes. After watching several more customers walk in and out, I finally just went inside and told them I was tired of waiting in my car for my order and was here to pick it up. Never once was I offered anything extra for the inconvenience.

So on the website it says that this Subway opens at 10am, well 3 times I came after 10am (10:30, 10:25 and 10:06am) and all three times they said they were still closed. Had to settle for Taco Bell. Never coming back

Wow! Super clean, all the food and vegetables were fresh. As soon as we pulled up one of the staff was cleaning the front door handle. The staff were very nice. That seems to be rare now a days. Was super impressed with this Subway. The owner even came out and greeted us and thanked us for the business.

Went about 45 minutes to close and they held up sandwiches without gloves and said are these yours. We told them they were not and then said sorry were closed. Should change your hours if you aren't going to serve posted hours.

I locked my keys in my car right out front of this particular location and the owner (I'm assuming) happened to be parked next to me he saw I was having trouble and let me come wait inside since it was cold out and YES they were all wearing masks I know that seems to be the topic of discussion lately. Thank you to the staff!! Will definitely be back!!

So it's been 1 month. They didn't refund my order. They did send me an email asking for my info to 'make it right' with the instructions to call John to fix things. I sent them my info as well as called twice for John. Apparently he doesn't work normal hours because he is never there and they have not attempted to contact me. Go to any other Subway in Lodi. These guys will take your money and not fulfill the order without any remorse.

Not a good location. Out of produce like tomatoes... lol.Sandwich were pinner and small, took forever despite have more employees than costumers.
