Hey, your business was not nearly busy enough for you to act like you need to get me out as soon as humanly possible. I was in your store for approximately 6 minutes. How about you slow down and actually listen to me? You would have made my sandwich correctly. Cause when someone says they don't want their sandwich toasted. It doesn't mean toasted, so please. Slow down and actually listen to what your customers are asking you to do.

Why was the section for meat and cheeses blocked so we couldn’t see when she put meat & cheese on our sandwich. When I saw my sandwich, there wasn’t much of meat on sandwich. Probably enough meat for 1/3

They do not honor coupons. I went with a coupon for a meal and they gave me the sandwich only at the price on the coupon. Despite the terms of the coupon, they refused to give me the chips and drink that I should have received. Horrible customer service- the attendant we grouchy from the moment I stepped in and argued with me during checkout.

No English speakers ..very minimal. The Philly Sanwich was a hugh disappointment..never to return to that one ever again on Kettleman in Lodi, Ca.

Long story short, the guys closing up the store are more interested in closing the store than making sandwiches for customers. I showed up at 8:15 and they had the lights dimmed, the open light was off and they were putting everything away. By about 8:30, they had almost everything put away. Some other people came in as I was leaving around 8:45pm and they were turned away even though the store is supposed to be open until 9pm.If you're the owner of this store and reading this, the guys that are closing your store are losing you business. All you have to do is drive by the store after 8pm and you'll see the lights off. I don't know, maybe that's what you want.My advice, don't waste your time going to this subway after 8pm.

Out of everything.Not even a hello when I walked in.Rushed to make my food, wrong constantly having to correct them. 2 people throwing together my 2 sandwiches and I was the only person there. Probably will go across town to get subway. This one has gone down hill hard
