Used to love this subway. I'm off 15 minutes before they close and have never had an issue until recently. Last few times they'd be closed when I get there at 8:45pm. Then tonight I called to make sure I could come in at 8:45 to get a sub they said yes. I did my order on the app to make it quicker. At 8:25 (an hour after I placed the order for 8:45 pickup) the app said the store had cancelled my order? I guess posted closing times for this place isn't true accurate? They close whenever they feel like

Indian Lady charged me extra try to put that I got additional bacon which I never did. Shameful customer service really sneaky by charging extra always check your receipts people .

Came in at approximately 8:50 and was immediately told “hey we’re closed”. I checked the businesses hours on the door, and it said 9:00pm was the closing time, not 8:50. It takes less than 5 minutes to make a sandwich. I wish at my work i was able to kick customers out before actual closing time but i dont have that luxury!

Went in today there was a young female and male I had a online order and specifically said I wanted it toasted and they didn’t do that also ordered 2 cookies macadamia and chocolate chip they gave me both macadamia never had this issue here at this location but definitely not coming to this one again good thing Lodi has 3 more locations
