I always buy gift card every year for my employees from SUBWAY® and they print out some coupon for me because I have it Subway reward program. Any other subway location in Lodi wherever we go it’s so nice and great service. but in the Walmart center I don’t know its owner or the manager. He was rude with us and refused our service. because we tried to use the coupon which one we spend it almost $300 at gift cards. It’s very bad experience with this restaurant(subway )in the Walmart lodi.

The service was awful, me and my boyfriend asked for a number 33 and a 23 and they gave us a 30 and a 22. Overall horrible service and they even gave us the wrong ingredients for the sandwiches that they gave us? Like they wrote that they gave us a 30 and a 22 but none of the stuff inside of it was right and it was terrible and very dry...

This Subway use to be great! Today an East Indian woman and her two sons? working, the guys were nice but she was in charge and had them put meat back in the containers! Teaching them to be as skimpy as possible. So a bread sandwich was the result, at home I threw the top bread out so it would seem more like a complete sandwich. NOT! The other sandwiches in our order were just as pathetic. It was aConvenience after shopping to stop there but we won't again.

This location is inside Walmart and probably the absolute worst subway I have ever been to. I told the woman helping me that I needed two sandwiches: one with only tuna, and the other, with only meatball, provolone and marinara. She tried to put cheese on and microwave the tuna! I told her no, thank you. Hot tuna, with cheese? She asked again what I wanted on the meatball and I told her provolone and marinara. When I went to grab the chips and turned back, she was putting vinaigrette on top of the meatball/provolone. When I pointed out that it should have marinara and not vinaigrette, she said this is what they always put on their meatball sandwiches. She asked me if I wanted it on there. But, I told her it's already there so not much can be done about it now. It sounded horrible, but never ordering one before, and it being for my husband, I figured he knew. I brought it home and he said it was inedible. Not a drop of marinara, which is what goes on top of this sandwich. Too many other sandwich shops to go to. It's in a convenient location, but never again.

Then I asked for freshly cut avocado, the woman stated that she had just cut the one that has been sitting a few moments before. I replied congratulations but that’s not what I asked for and that she shouldn’t give customers a hard time as she works in the food service. As I was speaking the one lady in the back just gave this hard stare. I will definitely not be coming back I see they barely get any customers any way.

Your employees long hair swing around as she grabbed bread and walked back and forth. Was asking every customer " do you want a sandwich" with such attitude!! We just walked up and she was acting as if she hated her job. After the customers were helped she sat down by the counter and started gossiping and cussing. Subway do BETTER!!!!

We ordered a turkey sandwich with cheese, Mayo, mustard, lettuce, and onions. The sandwich had no cheese. The Mayo and mustard were not put on the bread. Strange. Maybe a couple strands of onion were on the sandwich. I ended up throwing the sandwich out after a couple of bites. Terrible!

I order my sandwiches through DoorDash, and my sandwiches had barely anything on it. I order my spicy Italian with cheese, jalapeños, onions, black pepper, and guacamole. I also had them put Chipotle sauce, garlic sauce, mayonnaise. I really didn’t get anything I had asked for, it was a plain sandwich with mustard on it. I’m really disappointed in Subway it’s my favorite sandwich place.
