Phone ordered my carne asada fries said it'll be 20 mins took more like 30 mins. I used to love this place for there asada fries because I love that they use my favorite el Mexicano nacho cheese with shredded cheese unfortunately my fries were super soggy wish they would make the fries more crispy. Was telling my wife how good this place was I was excited to have her try it, so I go back tonight and they took a call in order ahead of my order, and made their entire order before starting mine, so even though I'm the only person waiting it took 30 minutes to get my 2 item order. Then I get my order and it's all wrong they put sour cream and cheese in my regular burrito which I hate, all the food is extremely cold and it's they didn't add any sauce I asked for.
