Wendy's Mobile app sucks. Was charged regular price for Dave's Single with Cheese (during $1 Burger Madness promo week). I spoke with drive-thru worker and he told me to come forward and showed him the app was not adjusting the $1 promotional price. I asked since the Mobile app did not adjust, can I use my Visa debit card to get the $1 burger price. He said "Yes" but was still charged the regular price. Burgers came with no Cheese after I asked for it ? Wendy's needs to improve their app.

Customer service was terrible. Ordered one thing and was handed something completely different. When brought to their attention, it became a big issue they didn't seem very helpful in correcting the mistake.

Needed to make an urgent stop at Wendy’s for my toddler. She needed to use the restroom. They wouldn’t let me use the restroom. My little one was begging to use the bathroom crossing her legs and they kept saying in order to get the password for the bathroom door I had to buy something first. I would have gladly bout something. I had to tell her she was gonna pee all over the floor and I wasn’t gonna clean it for her to realize the urgency. With an attitude she gave me the code. No I didn’t buy anything. I could have but not with that attitude. What happen to guest service? Now you must be a customer to get service!? That’s ridiculous.
