The food was really delicious(especially the bread!!)but the service was really fabulous!! Nice clean and very pleasant place for a quick light meal. We were unknowingly the last customers of the day but were never rushed. As we left we complimented the lovely young lady that served us on our meal. Especially the bread!! She then gave us a little sourdough to take with us. So very nice of her. I think most people who love a good deli sandwich would love West Coast Sourdough!!

I’m sad that this place still has a negative reputation from when it was under bad ownership. The employees here were very polite, the service was quick & they brought the food right out to us. The food here is on another level, the lobster bisque bread bowl was SO BOMB. I got the grilled chicken pesto, I think they put crack in that house sauce. The sourdough for both the bowl and the sandwich tasted hot, fresh, and soft; I wasn’t breaking my jaw trying to get through it. The prices are reasonable for the portions and I always recommend friends and family to come check this place out. They deserve more hype, especially being in such a busy area with very much potential :)

Parmesan chicken salad was horrible, croutons stale, I wish I had eaten at the restaurant, I certainly would have returned it.

Under new management! You can tell because the food is way better. Got clam chowder bowls, pastrami sub, Ruben sub, Cobb salad. All was delicious. Ate there Friday and again tonight. Food was delicious and the customer service was on point. Very polite. Thank you. We will be back.

Great service but I got food poisoning after eating here. I got a cracked pepper Turkey sandwich with everything. About 2 hours after eating it, I got sick to my stomach. That was almost a week ago and I am still not 100% in the digestive system. Make sure items are fresh before consuming.

The order placed in store took too long. They were busy filling out DOORDASH or to go orders than helping actual customers. After paying 50 dollars for 3 sandwiche Meals, when I got my sandwich it was saturated in mustard. I didn't realize I needed to say light mustard on a sandwich. I'll be going back to Subway.

First of all i ordered a 4inch roast beef Dip. Plain. Got the sandwich and all it had on it is one piece of beef folded over. Went in and ask what happened to the meat. She said it only gets 2oz of meat. Ask your her to do something and she said no!!! The he meat was cold. She said thats how it comes. I tossed basket and all right in trash.
Worst service ever. Been waiting over 20 minutes for a sandwich. When I asked how much longer, was told the delay was due to a lack of gloves. When my sandwich finally came it was the wrong one. Disaster

The food was good. I had an Italian Sandwich and my Mom had a southwestern Salad.I gave 3 stars because it took 30 minutes to get our food.One man in there was so frustrated with the extremely slow service he made it vocal that he had been waiting for at least 35 minutes for one sandwich.If you have time to wait for 30-45 minutes for one sandwich this is your place, otherwise move along.

My friends told me this was the best sandwich place. The energy the staff put off made me feel like turning around and walking out, but I still opted to order. They took 20 minutes to make a single basic sandwich. After the first 10, I felt just like the staff. I didnt want to be there either. Finally got my sandwich. It was bland. I could eat the paper the sandwich was wrapped in and had the same taste buds activate.

Do not go here! The wait is SO long! Ordered lunch for the staff and it took 1 1/2 hours to get our order. The soda dispenser was out of the soda we wanted and they wouldn't / couldn't change it. One of my co-workers walked out one time because no one ever took her order.Spend your money with locally owned businesses like Bon Apetit, or Butcher Shoppe!!I am so mad I spend almost $100.00 there today!

First, when my wife and I arrived we stood at the counter for 10 min and not once did someone behind the counter say anything. A young lady was making a sandwich for someone while laughing and joking with someone on her ear bud. Then finally a very grouchy young man came up asked "what do you want", so my wife and I ordered and waited at the table outside. When he brought our food, with a grumpy look said "we close at eight and we take the tables in" and walked away. It was 7:45pm and so we thought we had enough time......wrong!!!!, Mr. Grouchy came out at 7:50pm and picked up the surrounding tables and at 7:53pm, with a very unpleasant tone said "we are picking up the tables now", nothing else, so my wife and I got up and went and stood by our car to finish the last bit of our sandwich and drink. By 7:55pm the open sign was off and doors closed.Back in my day, open until 8pm meant that they stop taking orders at 8pm, not rudely kick everyone out and lock up at 7:55pmI paid a tip when I ordered and I wish I could take it back......tips used to be a sign of appreciation for good service.I give one star because the sandwich was good and I cant do half stars.
